I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, 1st to 3rd of Feb. I must say, THE MOST UNPLEASANT STAY DURING MY ENTIRE TRIP. My money was stolen in the hotel room. At 10 p.m. 2nd of Feb, I noticed that a 100 dollar bill and 90 Euros disappeared. Came straight down to the reception and explained the situation to the receptionist. The next day, according to the log, only I and a cleaning staff came into my room. She revisited my room twice at noon with 10 mins interval, after I left my room. I could not understand why she did visit my room so asked an explanation. Not only the staffs did not check with the cleaning lady, also they did not try to make things right. Seemed they were trying to cover everything up. Isn’t it their responsibility to compensate for my inconvenience at least? They were absolutely incompetent, irresponsible. I told them I would complain about this incident on the internet, the only thing they worried about was the hotel’s reputation. then called the police, an officer suggested me staying for another night in Bratislava for a proper investigation and the officer admitted it would be very difficult as there were not many CCTVs. Already paid for my train and hotel to visit Budapest, I gave my e-mail address and left the Danubia Gate. The manager sent an e-mail after a long time explaining they would not compensate for my loss and recommending to keep the valuables at the reception. I insist anyone who has plans to visit Bratislava, please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Breakfast was great, service was okay and it's easy to go old town. There is a supermarket around the hotel. Everything was nice.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. First of all, I must mention the amazing, warm, and friendly staff — this is what truly made the hotel feel special and allowed me to really enjoy my stay. At one point, my safe was stuck, and the kind and polite gentleman at the reception immediately found a solution and came to help me right away. The woman who checked me in was also very considerate. I explained to her that I was feeling cold and that I am sensitive to low temperatures, and she kindly brought me a heater. I really appreciated how supportive the staff were and how they always offered quick and effective solutions. Because of this, I can truly say that this is an amazing hotel And my room is good for solo and the food excellant

The room was very nice, clean and spacious and The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast was nice with a decent selection of cereal, fruit, continental, hot food, cakes and bread. The location was excellent, being within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A very warm welcome with a glass of sparkling wine, staff were very friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was very good, I really couldn't fault the hotel, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Bratislava then look no further, excellent location as well.

Great small hotel with helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of quality food. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely, clean and well presented hotel which ticks most boxes. Rooms have free access to Netflix which is a nice feature. Breakfast is fine but it would be good if they had non-dairy milk out rather than having to ask for it. My only issue at the hotel was the road noise. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle with the noise outside, particularly on the first floor. I spoke to reception and was told that all of the standard double rooms faced the road. I opted to downgrade to a single room on an upper floor at the rear of the building. It was so much quieter and more peaceful enabling a proper night's sleep. I would recommend the hotel if you have a room that faces the back as it is a lovely place.

Me encantó este hotel. Muy pequeñito pero el personal más amable que me ha tocado en mucho tiempo. Te dan muchas cositas para consentir: fruta, agua siempre disponibles en lobby, té, café, agua en la habitación. Kit de belleza que me ayudó mucho pq ya no tenía esponjitas. Cama cómoda, escritorio, armario, todo cómodo.

Buen hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad. El desayuno increíble, variado, con bizcochos caseros y comida típica eslovaca. Personal muy amable y atento.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, which is conveniently located on a main road about a 15 minute walk from the central bus station (located in a large shopping mall) and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to Bratislava old town. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, as is a Leidl grocery store. The hotel has a nice breakfast and professional staff. The rooms have older decor but are very functional and include a refrigerator/mini bar, a safe, a heat lamp in the bathroom & good working climate control. A welcome drink is offered at check-in and the front desk is staffed all night long. Suggestions for improvements include a better gym with updated equipment, longer breakfast hours with almond milk or non-dairy items available, and softer/thicker cotton bed linens. Despite these minor items, we had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it. The restaurants nearby were wonderful (SOHO and Basilico).
