Good beds and nice room

Staff are super helpful. Room was nice. Spa amenities okay. We rented bikes, a great experience. An interesting route to arrive, you feel like you are on a bike path as you approach. It's a nice town.

Place is really run down. Bathroom stunk. Faucets were rusty.

Schöne Lage, ruhig, nichts für Nachtleben. Nach einem arbeitsreichen Tag wäre es schön, wenn das Schwimmbad etwas länger offen wäre. Preis super, alle freundlich. Es hat mir gefallen. Ich komme gern wieder

Great hotel and nice staff.

We were two disabled guests visiting the hotel for first time. There was no disabled access to the hotel and no one from the hotel came to assist us with the wheelchair. The food on the buffet was boring and dull. There were no fruit choices and the same little sweets day after day, night after night. The staff spoke very little or no English at all and they would not make the effort to find someone who actually speaks our language. The room was small with no facilities for disabled people like shower rails or shower seat or shower alarm or toilet rail. At the reception, the toilets there were so small, I could not fit in and felt claustrophobic, as I could not move. There were not enough amenities in the hotel and could not find any literature, brochures or information in English. There were noisy people partying next door until late at night and we had to call the reception twice to ask them to be quiet. In general we could not engage with the staff and could not relate to the hotel. We would not go there again if it was free of charge.

l’hôtel est parfait pour ce reposer, les chambre sont spacieuses. la piscine est parfaite pour ce détendre en fin de journée. il n'y a aucune chaine de télévision française ou anglaise, par contre le wifi est de très bonne qualité. le cuisine du restaurant est correct. le personnel est accueillant.

A comfortable hotel situated in a quiet area next to the local park. The room was of a good standard. The town centre is close by. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly and booking in etc. was easy.
