직원도 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗하고좋았는데 우리방 위에서 공사를 해서 소음때문에 힘들었음 방에 에어컨없어서 방이 더웠습니다

The facilities are well kept. The breakfast had lots of great options.

Zimmer renoviert, nicht gross, aber zweckmässig. Frühstück nichts Spezielles. Zentral gelegen.

Staff very helpful and friendly, but only reception speaks English, breakfast medium coffee ro avoid, no AC in the room, not accessible entrance from parking

Large hotel. Rooms adequate size ,clean Bed comfy clean,rooms are older style,bathroom & toilet are separate little odd . Fridge/tv with BBC English news/hairdryer. Kettles & Cups upon request. Breakfast buffet usual suspects adequate.Opposite is pizza takeway and icecream shop & restaurant. Short walk to bus station, trains, and Town..long walk to pretty Old Town. Large shopping centre close by. Tourist information in Town is excellent . No public transport from the airport* Overall good choice no frills.

Loved everything about this hotel except shower head is hand held. Highly recommend. Staff was amazing

veryclean and helpfull staff

Very good hotel near the train station. The rooms were good, but the curtains could have been better. The breakfast was good with many options.

I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you!

Very good basic hotel

The room is small but the bed is comfortable. There is no air system in the room, so you need to keep the window open. Unfortunately, since all the rooms have balconies, people will go on their balcony to smoke and the smoke then comes into your room. You are able to request a fan from the front desk. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the city center.

Room was full of insects when we arrived and unbelievable hot. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Great hotel near Poprad city center, railway station by foot. Recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Renovated bathrooms seems to be smaller and less practical than the old ones with bath tube. Tasty breakfast with everything that is needed to well fill in a stomach. Available parking with reasonable price. Good for short as well as long stay. Extra discount for Poprad Aquacity with stay.

Clean and nicely warm

We are 3 travelling. We each had our own bed which was nice. The rooms are comfortable, all the basics. The breakfast was a huge buffet and was delicious. The hotel is in the centre of the village so great location. The draw back is there no air so the rooms can be very hot . It was Sept so opening the window was fine for us but the summer it would uncomfortable.Staff was great except one girl in the dining room was rude. We asked for evening tea and she ripped the tea bags out of our hands and sent us to the front desk . The front desk was lovely. Gave us a kettle but they didn’t have black tea . Anyways over all it was a great hotel. Great price
