The hotel is clean and safe, also staffs are kind and friedly. If I visit to Slovakia again, I wish to stay in the hotel.

기차역에서 버스로 3정거장 거리입니다. 중심지랑 가까워서 걸어다닐 수 있습니다. 완전한 중심지가 아니어서 다른 호텔들에 비해 조용한 편이기는 한데 바로 옆이 트램길이라서 소음이 있을 수는 있어요. 저는 크게 신경쓰이진 않았습니다. 어메니티는 전혀 없어서 다 챙겨가야하고 물도 냉장도고 없어요. 호텔 로비에서 2유로 주고 물 살 수 있습니다. 주위에 늦게까지하는 마켓이 없으니 미리 구매해두세요.

Dire scadente è poco: hotel non all'altezza degli standard della catena (non è la prima volta che soggiorno in un Ibis). Le foto della hall e delle stanze non rendono le condizioni pietose. A parte la posizione strategica dell'hotel, il resto è tutto da cancellare e da dimenticare. Camere sporche così come la hall, bagni da rifare e al limite della decenza. Colazione scarsissima e se la fanno pure pagare: non c'è varietà di cibi e tutto molto contato e di pessima qualità. Domenica la colazione termina alle 11.00 ma alle 9.30 era già quasi tutto finito, perfino la marmellata. NON LO CONSIGLIO!!!

Staff extremely rude and not helpful. When I checked in I explicitly asked if it would be possible for me to store the luggage there after check out (the website said I could but I wanted to make sure) and I was told I could. At check out when I wanted to leave my luggage there I was told it was not possible because they were going to close. I told them that I was told I could just the night before but the lady at the desk basically said she couldn’t care less. I asked for alternatives and she sent me to a place tha closed down ages ago.it took me ages to find a luggage storage and on top of having to pay 16 euros for the storage, I missed an already paid tour. The customer service was dreadful and the place was definitely not worth the money I paid.

Die Zimmer hatten renovationsbedarf, überall etwas abgenutzt, im bad nicht sehr sauber, beim ankunft staub und Haar am Boden! Der Nachtdienst war nicht grad der Hilfreichste Mitarbeiter, hingegen der Tagesdienst war Nett!

Got to check in 11am instead, even without asking. The room was fine, just what you need for 1 night, but the shower was not nice. The breakfast was ok. Very practical placement of the hotel, near the streets of the old town and the castle.

Rooms were decent, breakfast was a great selection and varieties of food. The best part is the 5 minute walk to the old town and some of the best restaurants in town.

Stanza molto vecchia, priva di molti servizi come frigobar o bollitore, giusto 2 asciugamani per la doccia. La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro.

+iyi bir lokasyon, çalısanlar pozitif - odanin ana aydınlatma pirizleri çalışmıyordu, saç kurutma makinasının hortumu kopuk olduğu için işlevsizdi. Teknik olarak eksik bir odanın misafire verilmesi kabul edilemez.

Convenient and affordable

Paid the same for one night here as for 2 nights for 2 people in Gdańsk a few days before. Thought it would be a nice hotel. But no, it is old and worn and has passed its best before date. Also dirty and very poorly equipped, not even a kettle in the room or a safe.. Unfortunately not recommended. Take a hostel you pay 5 times less and get the same value for money.

Everything was fine. No complaints.
