I really enjoyed the antique-style interior and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was also good with a great selection. I’d definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance.

This is the best place to stay for a 2 days 1 night trip to Bratislava with your family. The location is good for access to the city's tourist attractions, but it's quiet and the breakfast is also excellent. The information provided by the staff and the overall service are excellent. The accommodation was a room where a family of 4 members could spend comfortably, and all facilities were very good. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I come to Bratislava.

완전 친절하고 인종차별 이딴거 1도 없음. 이번엔 혼자 왔지만 담엔 여친이랑 와야겠다. 벨보이, 리셉션 모두 훌륭하다. 미니바 음료도 다 무료라서 다 마심 ㅋㅋㅋ 욕조도 있고 수건 미친듯이 많음. 헬스장 좁긴해도 잘 씀 컴퓨터 실도 있다. 조식 괜찮음 이 가격에 이 서비스 ㅎㄷㄷ

강변 경차가 너무 좋고, 교통이 편리한 위치에 있는 좋은 호텔, 가격이 상대적으로 비싸고 무료 생수 없음, 뷰를 좋아하는 사람에게 적격인 호텔,

The free mini bar was excellent. The reception was also very kind. Room was clean. I would visit here again for my next trip. However, wifi singal was very weak.

Beautifully designed hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs. Quiet place and walkable to old city center. This hotel will make you experience an extension of your visit in Bratislava, even when you just stay inside of the room. PC-room and fitness room were also well equipped and maintained. Fit for any type of trip.

객실은 좁았지만, 아기자기해서 오히려 아늑한 느낌이 들어서 좋았어요. 욕실이 넘 이뻤구요. 우리는 모두 만족했어요. 다음에 또 숙박할 의향 100%에요

위치가 좋았읍니다.

I was very disappointed due to the hotel's rude reception staffs. The male staff demanded that we do something unreasonable. He asked for a voucher even though we already gave him a passport. So we had to open the luggage in the lobby to find the voucher. It was very shameful and burdensome.. The female staff did not even smile at all. She taled to us about the complimentary mini bar. But, we did not know the meaning of the term "conplimentary mini bar", so we asked whether water is provided free of charge. She could simply say 'yes' to our question, but she did not do and only repeated the term "complimentary mini bar" loudly. She spoke as if she were talking to someone who could not hear well..

Staff was great - from the doorman to the reception to the breakfast staff to the maid - always very helpful

We loved Bratislava, the Christmas markets felt really legit, without the generic overpriced Christmas stuff we saw in Vienna. Bratislava seemed more food focussed. The hotel is really close to the centre in a quiet area. There are a couple of local bars and the hotel is an easy walk into town. We did not use the restaurant but breakfast was great both days and our room was cozy and comfortable (standard double)

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had great options and the property is walking distance to everything. Highly reccomend!

Room was spacious and lots of details. Bathroom had occitane products. The staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like a fancy hotel at an affordable price. Would recommend and would stay again Room and bathroom were a little toasty but I just opened window
