드래곤 다리 바로옆이라...관광지와 아주 가까워서 좋았다 새로 리모델링을 해서 깨끗했다 난 우리 가족들과 행복한여행을 할수있었다

Small but clean and a breathtaking view of the river/castle/dragon bridge. Right in the center of the restaurant/historic area.

A very cool reception by staff. Not enough information, e.g. about breakfast vouchers, etc. Only took cash in the reception. Very noisy people in the hotel. I chose it because of the central location. Not worth it, unfortunately.

No complaints. Clean room in great location

Like some traveler says the bathroom was smelly, it was a bit smelly. But no problem if you close the bathroom door. The property is in the old town but it wasn’t so noisy in the night on weekdays.

A great little room in the middle of Ljubljana. Has a personal bathroom and a minibar. The basics. The reception is a bit further away and not in the building which can be a little bit confusing but the instructions are good. The rooms even have a nice scenic view towards the Dragon bridge and castle. But the price-quality ratio is honestly fantastic. If you don't NEED hotel quality I'd give a hard suggestion for these rooms.

Bedroom area was clean, but it appears staff left before finishing cleaning bathroom. The sink area has puddle of dirty water and a dirty towel left in shower. The rest appear clean. Hotel requested payment in cash, which is an inconvenience as most places will take card so one is not used to carry too much cash.

Great location next to the Dragon Bride. Very close to the old town. We parked in a parking garage close to the hotel, for free. On the minus side- our room was extremely hot and no AC, only a tiny fan. We couldn’t sleep with the window open cos the room was one ground floor towards the street.

Localização excelente, do lado da ponte do Dragão, pertinho dos pontos turísticos e da Estação de trem/rodoviária. Fui à pé com as malas. O check-in do apartamento é feito por intermédio de um hostel localizado ao lado (eles têm uma parceria com os anfitriões dos apartamentos), e o pessoal do hostel dá todo o apoio com informações turísticas. A moça do Hostel me levou na porta do apartamento. Local seguro. Fiz tudo à pé em Ljubljana. Recomendo pegar um ônibus na rodoviária até Postojna Jama e visitar a caverna (lugar incrível, cheio de estalactites e estalagmites, com um trecho percorrido por um trenzinho dentro da caverna). O pessoal do hostel dá todos os bizús. O passeio de barco no canal tb é legal, e compra na hora na ponte dos cadeados, pertinho do apartamento.

It was ok, I had a minor incident when I checked in because they said their credit card machine was broken and I had to pay by cash, which was not stated when I made the reservation, they accepted my credit card payment in the end. The room was ok and the location was perfect, the one issue that bothered me the most that it was not that clean, I found hair on the sink and a hair ball next to the bathroom door. Also, the walls were super dirty.

The parking situation is ludicrous. I spent literally 3 hours dealing with finding a spot, moving my car, walking to and from the car to the hotel nearly half a mile each way, and then walking to move the car again before getting ticketed in the morning. It’s not Cha Cha Room’s fault, but just don’t stay in downtown Ljubljana unless your hotel has a parking situation that doesn’t take practically all your time and energy to deal with. On top of that, my room was uncomfortably hot literally the entire night. They give you a fan, since there’s no AC, but I had that stupid thing blowing at full blast all night with the window wide open and the room never got cool. Then, at 4am, the garbage man wakes me right outside my open window as I’m sweltering the night away. I’m not sure I slept at all, then had to go move my car before 7 because of the stupid parking situation! I hate giving bad reviews, but I just can’t recommend this place.

The room was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Everything seemed brand new and done with taste. So was the service, really nice and helpful person at the reception.

An sich ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Gutes Personal auch Deutschsprachig. Parkmöglichkeiten eher schlecht und kostenpflichtig.
