Toller Wasserpark, super Aussicht, die Lage zwischen Portoroz und Piran ist klasse! Für Familien mit Kinder ideal. Das meiste Personal ist freundlich und auf zack. Die Rezeption könnte einem mehr Informationen beim Check-in geben. In der Lobby fehlt Musik und im Poolbereich sowie im Speisesaal könnte mehr für den Schallschutz getan werden. Das Essen ist sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen sehr vielfältig und lecker. Die Standarddoppelzimmer sind sehr modern und schön, sowie sauber und gepflegt, jedoch etwas klein. Es gibt genügend Shopping Möglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn ab und zu im Hotel Livemusik gespielt werden würde oder zumindest ausgeschrieben wäre, wann und wenn in der direkten Umgebung Musikveranstaltungen sind. Den Wellnessbereich mit den Saunen muss man leider separat bezahlen genau wie die Liegen am Ville Park Strand. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und trotz kleiner Nachteile werden wir definitiv wieder kommen.

The hotel style is not having car access to the lobby area so you need to take them from the car to the reception which takes time

Good place for family with small kids. 15 min pleasant walk to downtown.

When I arrived, I was advised there was no parking in the area and I had to search for places to receive me. I parked by the Piran Walls and walked 35 minutes to the property. Azra was very friendly and assisted my check-in. My room was not clean when I walked in, and was assigned another afterwards. I was told I’d receive a breakfast box since I was departing very early in the AM, but did not receive it. It was a good stay overall, but the staff need to assist more before sending customers away on their own in a foreign city.

Great place for leisure. But the parking attendance needs to be more friendly to show exactly the direction to the hotel car parking lots.

Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night.

The location and the view from the hotel were great. Parking was super convenient! The dining option at the hotel was limited and rather ordinary. The AC in the room was broken it stayed at a constant 25°. The pool area was OK, it was a bit annoying that you had to leave the hotel to get there. Overall not awful but not stupendous.

Moderne Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, Essensauswahl gut, aber sehr laut im Saal trotz 2 Essenszeiten, Liegen am Pool für 18 €, am Strand für 23€ pro Tag, das ist für Hotelgäste zu viel, Rabatt wäre gut, Rauchverbot auf dem Balkon und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre toll, Tiran fußläufig, kleine Shops und Hafen direkt beim Hotel

Flot placering. Stort hotel med mange muligheder for vandaktiviteter. Ok mad i 1/2 pension og ikke mindst pæne værelser med god balkon.

Lovely hotel in a complex with 2 others who share an excellent indoor pool facility and a good outdoor space with a pool, splash park and sun loungers with access to the sea. Breakfast was busy but very good, we ate at the restaurant once which was very nice. Room was nice and very modern, comfortable bed and good shower. Wi-Fi very good. Very strict on checking in at 3 but you can leave luggage. Had to pay for loungers and parasol (23EUR per day for 2 beds and a parasol on the beach (cheaper in the pool area but limited numbers in there). Tricky with a pram re stairs as our floor didn’t have access from the lift so we had to lift the pram up them (wouldn’t work with a wheelchair). Great location for walking to either Piran or Portoroz (20 mins) both of which offer lots of places to eat and bars and just nice to walk around. The complex area itself is great as it has a few places to eat, a shop and some tourist type shops. We were really happy and would happily stay here again.

Very nice location, directly at the sea and a lot of possibilities to shop and eat around.
