Super nuit. Ambiance chic et chaleureux. Le personnel était très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits locaux.

This would be a 5 star property but for the management. While the staff was great, the manager seemed to go out of his way to make things difficult. Check in was at 2:00 pm but when I arrived at 1:30, check in “was not possible.” I tried to schedule a massage (one of the amenities) but the manager said “it was not possible to do” and implied that he gave the masseuses the day off because they were overworked. I scheduled a massage the next day but was unsure of when I would get back so only scheduled 30 minutes. I got done early and when I got back to the hotel, I asked the staff if I could change from 30 minutes to 60 min. They indicated that the masseuses had availability but they needed to call the manager to confirm. When they called the manager, even though there was availability, he said “it was not possible “ to change from 30 min to 60 min. The staff was great, but unfortunately this manager seemed to go out of his way to to make things difficult and said no every chance he could. For the price you pay for the amenities, I would not recommend this hotel until there is a change in management.

Nice place with good parking and helpful, friendly staff!

Booked this for 3 nights, two rooms a long time ago. Basic rooms that cost quite a lot. The rooms had no windows in. The rooms had a doorset that had a window in. There was nowhere that you could sit in that room and see any view. The room was advertised as a mountain view. Unless you left the room there was no view. When you were in bed you could only see concrete walls. I have stayed here before. The owner seemed to think it was because i had an apartment. It was not. I have never booked anywhere, any hotel that does not have a window in a hotel room. It did not state this. There was a window in the door and doorset. This window in the door overlooked the back of a house. The TV had to be fixed every night, no fridge. I went onto the ABTA website to ask how to fix the problem. It said to speak to hotel and ask to leave. After one night i offered to pay and leave. The owner said covid everything was expensive and offered me a tiny studio. My husband is 6 foot 2. I honestly dont know how we would have fit in with the suitcases. I just wanted to leave and pay for what we had. The owner would not allow it. I stayed and paid because it is our holiday. I will not be back. It was dismal. Dreadful. Like a cupboard. This beautiful valley and there was not one place you could sit with a coffee and see any view or i fact any window. I was shocked. But like the owner said ' well you paid for basic'

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Obwohl wir aufgrund der Nebensaison die einzigen Gäste waren, wurde sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit teilweise selbstgemachten und lokalen Speisen.

Staff were extremely friendly, they upgraded us to a nicer room, helped us out with renting bikes. Hotel room was lovely with some interesting DIY, but very clean and suitable for anyone. The area is amazing, with most basic amenities available within walking distance.

Amazing location and very welcoming staff. The breakfast is superb!

From the moment we stepped into Hotel Sanje the hosts were very welcoming. The property is great, the views amazing , the hosts so helpful and we think it’s one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Europe! Local ingredients, garden fresh and creative!

The staff is very nice and polite - Katrina was amazing. Hotel location is excellent with good parking. Rooms are dated and need major renovating. House keeping needs improvement. Daily cleaning of the rooms was at a very basic level with beds not being made at all. TV in the room was of a small monitor size Can’t fault the hotel for location and staff but definitely in need of serious renovation.

Am Rand von Bovec, aber das kleine Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr schönes, neueres Appartement. Äusserst netter Empfang. Beim Frühstück gibt es erfreulicherweise sehr viele regionale Produkte. Die Dusche ist einer der wenigen Minuspunkte, keine Abtrennung in Form von Vorhang oder so.

Modern, viel Platz, tolle Aussicht auf die Berge.

This was great to have an apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Laundry done and folded for 20 Euros and right next to the rafting rental place. Beautiful nature surrounding with short drive to all the sites. Walkable into town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was worth it too lots of local delicacies.

The owners are fantastic!

Amazing stay, great personell and awesome service

Excellent hotel, welcomed with a very friendly face and homemade liquor to toast to the holiday. We were given a full induction to Bovec with a map upon arrival and given plenty of recommendations on how to get the most out of our time. Free parking outside and a great environment surrounding the hotel.

Great spot and amazing breakfast! The receptionist got me reservations at 9:45 Bistro down the street and it was so great!
