We enjoy our stay it was very good

I enjoyed myself with my partner. Very friendly staff and a place that I will definitely go back to and recommend. Thank you.

The stay was relaxing with beautiful view and friendly service. Breakfast was included and was a full and tasty with friendly service.

Up arrival welcoming was underwhelming. The guy didn't wear a mask or give us full details re our stay, breakfast venue etc (the basics). For almost R2000 - We had to carry our own bags to the room. When we got to the room, we paid for champagne but got sparkling wine instead. No coffee/ espresso machine as advertised. No robes or slippers as advertised. We eventually got beige robes but no slippers when we asked. The aircon, jet tub and curtains didnt work properly. The bar fridge was empty, even if we wanted snacks none were available for us to purchase. There was no way of contacting the reception; I had to walk down the stairs to look for the guy to assist with anything. I honestly regretted booking there, my birthday was spoilt as I kept getting disappointed. The shower, the options were scorching hot or freezing cold no in between. I travel alot and can tell you that I have gone to cheaper places that offered better service. Now I know why we we were the only guests booked there; no one would ever go back there. Considering that we booked one of their best rooms; I'd hate to see how the cheaper rooms are. Never again...no thanks!!! Didnt even stay for breakfast as I didn't want to be disappointed further. Don't waste your money going here. The owner clearly has no passion for this so they should go into a different business.

The welcome was good. The stay was good, amenities are good. Lovely view. Make sure you make a copy of your booking to get into the gate. The gas heated showers...they are a real art to get right!

Our stay was amazing! The room was spacious and clean and it was even better than the photos. The staff went out of their way every time we requested something. I will definitely come back, the location is secure and very quiet and the in room jacuzzi was just amazing

Incredible weekend away. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Room was incredible with fire place and jacuzzi. Breathe taking views of the dam and mountains.

My stay there was not so good, I was not happy with the room that they gave me. There was a very large spider on the Glassdoor, I was so terrified. They came to kill it and told me that it is harmless and it only eats mosquitoes, but I was scared and told them that I don’t think I will be able to sleep there as I wasn’t sure if there many others. They said I should not worry as that thing is harmless... I could barely sleep, as I kept thinking about what I saw. I’m never going back to that place

Amazing. Everything about it, the staff, management, location, room, brekky. All fantastic. I would go there again and a highly recommend.

My experience with galagos was amazing, staff was friendly, rooms were nice and neat. View was amazing. I will definitely recommend galagos to my friends and family.

Great lake-view, but the place is a quite worn-out! Ugly fridge in the room (with water?), no light above the bathroom tub, not enough electricity plugs, not clean enough and no meal facilities for diner

Host at the lodge was extremely welcoming and the overall experience was lovely.

I enjoy my stay the breakfast was nice .the only thing please upgrade the rooms its not what I saw on the pictures when I was booking ,the window was very dirty and steamy .The people were very welcoming.
