Room was clean and business friendly

I’m feel safe and the staff are so friendly I did my laundry at 01:00 am the service is 24hrs I slept well and the place is near town and Hatfield etc

Nothing bad about the hotel apart from the size room being so cramped

The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all.

The place was neat and clean. However, the shower and bathroom are too small. As a couple, we couldn't take a shower together, and the fan noise in the bathroom was unbearable. Overall, it's a nice place for just one night; staying longer would make you feel quite suffocated because the room and everything else is small. The parking and lift situation was quite inconvenient. The basement parking was closed, requiring me to use an alternative parking area that was further away from the lift. Additionally, the service lift was not available for guest use. As a result, I had to navigate long distances with my bags, making multiple trips to the car. This caused significant inconvenience and took away from my relaxation time.

It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok.

It was convenient in all aspects, no unnecessary frills but comfortable enough too.

It's very clean, safe and has comfortable beds. Aircon works very well.

We had only booked the hotel for one night, as a stopover to the airport. I had booked a hotel room without breakfast and we got a huge apartment in the apartment complex. Everything very clean. Coffee and tea are available. Location very good, short walk to the Union Building and to the restaurants and shopping centers. Parking for 25 Rand per night. Perfect for us. We were thrilled for the price.

Our stay was great. The only problem was that I booked for 4 people. 2 Adults and 2 Children and on the confirmation letter it said breakfast included. However when we went for breakfast (we were 2 adults and 1 child) there was only 2 on the breakfast list and i had to pay for 1 extra. The breakfast was delicious.

It was wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen made my stay enjoyable.

The property was nice. I stayed in the Apartments, and they were fine. Washroom could be updated but very decent overall. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay was amazing. I loved the city view and everything was clean and neat.

We had a good stay, didnt realise at the time of booking that the property was not in a very safe area ( Felt safe in the hotel though) Also very noisy in the early hours of the morning
