We enjoyed every aspect of the lodge, from the room to the spa to the restaurant to the safari! The staff are genuinely kind and very helpful. Unfortunate for us, a tropical cyclone moved in on just our second day and we were all forced to stay in and not go out on safari for our safety. The staff took such good care of us all, ensuring we were comfortable and cared for. While other lodges were closing and being evacuated, Kapama River Lodge did not miss a beat. In addition, they took in guests from other lodges and gave them the best experience possible. I will say, we had such an incredible first two safaris, seeing so many animals and learning so much from our guides, that despite everything we still left fulfilled and happy! I cannot wait to return to Kapama, and will be telling everyone who will listen about this amazing company!!

we got a stomach bug from the hotels food which compromised half or stay. We had to skip half of the game drives which was really bad. Hotel management could have handled the situation but they couldnt care less

Não tenho palavras para expressar o tamanho de nossa satisfação por ter ficado no Kapama River Lodge. Tudo, simplesmente TUDO foi feito para pensar no conforto e bem estar do hóspede! A ternura e o carinho de todos (sem exceção) nos deixaram abismados! Nunca fomos tratados tão bem! A estrutura do local, a arquitetura, o conforto… tudo é perfeito! As refeições (pratos elaborados minuciosamente e feitos com perfeição) foram outro ponto alto da estadia. Não poderia de mencionar nosso guia Lans que fez dos nossos games/safaris uma atração a parte e não poderíamos ter encontrado um guia melhor! Não poderia deixar de mencionar a funcionária do restaurante Remember… como o próprio nome dela significa, lembrarei para sempre do modo como nos atendeu em cada refeição!

De um lado é o aeroporto de Hoedspruit e do outro já é o Kapama. O local é lindo, bem cuidado e com funcionários extremamente gentis e preocupados com o seu bem estar o tempo todo. Menção especial ao Ranger Katekani e Tracker Blessing. Come-se bem e com belas paisagens. Tivemos uma lua de mel muito boa por lá e conseguimos ver os big 5. Dias inesquecíveis.

What a fantastic property right inside the game reserve with daily game drives to catch the big five. The food and service, including impeccable hospitality were the highlight of staying here. It’s a beautiful, luxurious modern property, right across the HDS airport. Highly recommend staying for atleast 2 nights ideally three!
