WIFI가 자주 끊겨서 문제가 있습니다. 그리고 주변이 너무 위험해서 다니기가 어렵습니다.

Did not meet my expectations. The carpet through me off, I found it to be dirty. It has reached its sell by date. The room duvet is too small

STAFF ARE VERY COURTEOUS

The staff was friendly and very hrlful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The roof top lounge offers incredible views of the city. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast buffet and dinner buffet if you so wish but the menu gives you other options. Nothing to do in the evening except drinks at the roof lounge.

Fui passar alguns dias em Joanesburgo com a minha Esposa, Adoramos o Hotel. Gentes atenciosos, amigavelmente incríveis, café da manhã simples mas lindo demais. São maravilhosos e pacientes demais, a gente não fala inglês, eles faziam de tudo para entenderem e atenderem os nossos pedidos e queriam que a gente entendesse o que estavam falando. A localização é boa, está no centro. O problema de Joanesburgo é que a iluminação durante a noite é fraca, então, tenham cuidado ou evitem de andar à noite. Sobre o hotel, podem ficar tranquilos e relaxados, é muito bom e confiável, a gente voltará em breve com as crianças.

Wonderful room and more wonderful staff. There’s no doubt I’d stay again.

I've travelled to 40 countries over the past 20 years, and this was the most disappointing hotel experience. I was approached during an afternoon walk around the area by a local safety team patrol member to inform me that it was a high crime area and was offered an escort back to the hotel. The water system had problems my last 5 days at the hotel with intermittent outages daily and no communication plan from the hotel to the guests. The elevators were not always reliable, the weekend staff was not knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and the 1 night I visited the hotel restaurant, the majority of the menu was not available. If I had not prepaid for the hotel, I would have checked out the first day the water was not available.

Pour une seule nuit a Johannesburg, cet hôtel était très bien. Le bar au roof top donne une vue sur la ville. Les chambre sont grande et comfortable.

It was okay ..just that no breakfast thought it was bed and breakfast

Tråkigaste staden jag varit i. Hotellet levde inte upp till dess stjärnor men funkade ändå.

The hotel was nice, the bar was perfect, the staff was really kind, but there were so many bed bugs in the bed we couldn't even count them, we killed some in the first night and tried to sleep, the next morning we asked the staff to Clean the Room, but our bodies were all bitten by them, I counted 52 bits on my friend and I got 78..the Third morning it got even worse.. :(... we've been traveling and still suffering from it... It was terrible to get this in a nice 4 stars hotel... Rooms Must be checked and extermination is a must for this f**ing bugs ;/ I had to go to the drugstore to get some medicine this morning to be able to continue my trip
