Great location, clean, and the staff were all friendly. Its right in front of the mall, but the hotel also has a restaurant.

Hotel is out dated. Old fashion plugs, Decor , furniture Breakfast was the worst i ever had at a hotel. Limited variety, The eggs, Apple juice , muffins was finished , Needed to ask for cutlery Needed to ask for glasses for juice, cups for coffee and spoons, Not even napkins at the tabel. Staff at breakfast unfriendly and not very helpful. Ice machine broken Showers horrible- sign asked to only shower for 2 minutes but you wait 5 min for water to warm. Only 2 towels No face towel No shower carpet

My stay was a disaster. The room was next to tne reception and dining area. room 16. The noise was unbeatable and the smell of food from the dining area. Honestly did not enjoy my stay as i could not sleep

At first the room looked clean and neat, but under the corner of the bed it seemed like there was n huge blood stain, still wett. My baby and I stepped in it. I moved the bed over it to prevent stepping in it again. I spoke to one of the staff about it, who said she will ask for the cleaner to clean it. I believe that it is not supposed to be like that in the first place. The room was not properly cleaned. Will management please contact me, Riaan Botha: 0836509419

Our stay was very good and satisfactory, my only issue was the aircorn was not working which blow me off a bit . But overall the place was clean, convenient, neat and check it was very easy.

Amazing

Overall the place was clean and well prepared. The reception was efficient in assisting to check-in. However the room’s Air-conditioner was not working. So it was unimaginable to sleep in a Lodge in which the Air is not functional on this kind of weather and you paid. Other rooms next doors were occupied by young adults who made noise throughout the night busy drinking. Other noise maker were at sitting in front of the Lodge busy drinking and smoking. So I do not think I will ever sleep at this place again. Because I would to believe that there’s security in the area and they must also control noise level for the benefit of other customers. It felt like sleeping at a R500 per night B&B. There was no lotions and shower cap. Also the room had one power plug which implied that if one uses it to Iron clothes, you can’t charge phones or laptops.

I had a comfortable stay. Reception friendly and helpful. The room was tidy. However, the aircon old fasion and somewhat noisy and the showerdoor not sealing properly causing a wet floor. But, I will make use of Rustenburg Road Lodge again.

air con makes so noise so night to sleep is not comfortable also there is no any breakfast for pure veggies people.. otherwise it was good and nice we enjoyed..
