M-Stay 호텔 창원

The room is small, the breakfast included just 1 person I have to pay 13,000 krw/person/night. The bathroom door is transparent.

The hotel is new and clean, the place is perfect but the hotel staff is not helpful at all. They can speak english but they will keep saying no to everything you ask for ex. I ask for early check in when i booked the hotel and i arrived at 11am which i understand it is too early to check in so i left my luggage and went out and came back at 2.15pm asking for check in but the staff said i can check in at 3pm if i want to check in before 3pm i have to pay for extra charge and the room will be ready for me!! The other story is not happen to me but while i am checking in the other woman come and ask for something to cut the plastic wrapping on her luggage and the staff just said no we don’t have, you have to go to convenience store and buy it!! (He was not even look at the desk just said it immediately back to the women) There are more things that happen both to me and the other guests during my stay. i traveled to many places and never feel this before, not only because they keep saying no but also the way they speak and act is not appropriated for the hotel reception.
