There is no front desk at this property. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with special check-in instructions and an access code. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. All guests must show a valid passport. This is the only form of identification that is accepted at this property. This property has indicated that it is registered as a city homestay service for foreign tourists to experience the culture of Korean houses.
