호텔 staff들이 친절하게 잘 대응했으며, 호텔 관리도 청결하고 조용하여 좋았음.

The staff on reception are amazing . I have been there many times and been treated great . I selected a family room as it was all that was available . I didn’t like the room or it location . But I guess it was just bad luck as hotel fully booked . First time it’s ever happened

Great place and location to stay. Staff were all helpful and nice. The pool is not heated and at end of day it’s very cold. Got the half board but The greasy buffet food made me sick everyday so stopped eating there. Ask about the added fees for water and drinks before ordering. Be careful with leaving your garments on the balcony. They will fly away from the strong winds in the alley. Which happened to us. They were never recovered. Although the bed was comfortable the pillows were not and made my neck and shoulders stiff up and hurt. The AC and the lighting in the room were great. You need a deposit for the safe in the room and a key card for the lights. Over all, great room, price and location.

The hotel has a very good location. The food was average, but the restaurant was too small for the number of guests. You often had to wait for a cup, spoon, glass, or even food. The rooms are small—maybe suitable for 3 people, but not for 4. The swimming pool is very small and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people at a time. There was also an issue with the internet; it was not available for an entire week.

We have a lot of complaints. Wifi: in our booking it says we should have WiFi included. We didn’t have WiFi one single day! We asked the receptionist and they were very unfriendly and just said that it doesn’t work. Not ok at all Refrigerator: that were also supposed to be included. It wasn’t, we had to rent it for 15 Euros, not ok at all. Breakfast: was very poorly with food and I looked at the pictures on the website, that is not even close what it was in reality. And so crowded with people everywhere and so busy. Safety box: that didn’t work and again, if we wanted to use it, we need to rent it. Not ok at all. Receptionist: all of them, especially Svetlana was not friendly and not service minded at all. Just said all the time that everything is what it is and they can’t do anything about it. We were so unhappy with our stay so we checked out one day before and night before planned. We asked the reception if we can have money back because we checked out one night before, and again, the reception was not service minded and friendly and did not cooperate with us at all and just say no. So crowded with people everywhere, it was awful. Pay the room directly when we comes, that is not how it is done, was very strange! The pool was horrible when it opened, crowded with so many people and not nice This is not a 3 star hotel, it is 2 stars. We don’t recommend it at all, I will never come back. I have emailed the hotell about our complaint, no answer

Pros: food was pretty good, close to the beach Cons: "all inclusive" should be called "partially inclusive" and most staff just had no desire to be accommodating. Received a flat "no" for simple requests so many times. Some examples of my unreasonable demands, - a glass of water: was at breakfast, admittedly a bit late but staff let us in and all I wanted was some toast. "no breakfast is over." - a cup of coffee: "no, we cannot serve all-inclusive guests at this time." - a basket of fries: ditto the above - being seated for dinner: wife and I were waiting on line for dinner, wife stepped away to go to the bathroom. "no we can't seat you without the full party, go to the back of the line now" - a beer at the beach bar: "no, we cannot serve all-inclusive guests at the beach bar, go back inside" other random things I disliked: - wifi was down for nearly the entire trip (8 out of 10 days) - bathroom had no ventilation - bedroom was tiny - requested full and twin beds and got 3 twins instead - various advertised amenities such as fridge and safe need to be requested and upcharged. - cooling system barely does anything unless you leave it on full blast all day/night FWIW the younger staff members were great and tried to be accommodating, I guess their training hasn't sunk in yet.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, das Buffet und dem Service. An der Sauberkeit und der Elektronik kann man dran arbeiten. Leider keine Kühlschrank und Safe wie angegeben. Nur mit extra Kosten verfügbar.

Für ein dreisterne Hotel war es wirklich gut und ausreichend. Der innenpool war warm sodass man im April bei 20c in den Pool konnte ohne dass es einem kalt war. Frühstück ist ok für den Preis den man zahlt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten direkten Blick aufs Meer das war sehr schön und wenn man raus gegangen ist war man mitten in der Promenade nachts war es aber nicht laut insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Everything went very well. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Special thanks to the room cleaner. The breakfast was huitelee good but it would have been nivelrikko to have freskot berries.

Das einzige was ich in diesem Haus absolut positiv bewerte ist das Personal. Ansonsten war es dreckig, Haare im Bett und im Bad, das Bad war eine Zumutung und ich musste die Toiletten im Foyer benutzen. Noch nicht einmal Platz für einen Kulturbeutel, geschweige denn „Hinsetzen“ auf der Toilette die zwischen.Dusche und Waschbecken mit Null Toleranz / Seitenabstand installiert war. Zerissene Matratzen, billigster Mist! Balkon war gerade so groß das man sich als Einzelperson daraufstellen konnte, umdrehen unmöglich! Von den Wohnungen gegenüber hat man einen perfekten Blick ins Zimmer, die Privatsphäre ist also eingeschränkt!

Det første rommet vårt var katastrofalt - med mugglukt og svært dårlig luft. De flyttet oss først til et bitte lite rom, hvor vi ba om avslag på prisen. Deretter fikk vi et skikkelig rom, som vi var fornøyde med. Vennlig resepsjon. Hotels.com oppgir feil info om tre-manns rom. Ingen rom der har kjøleskap inkludert i prisen! Vi har vært der 5-6 ganger. Hotellet begynner å bli slitt og resepsjonsområdet trenger grundig fornyelse.
