수영장 가까운 곳으로 미리 선택했더니, 아이들 수영장 출입도 편리한 곳으로 배정되었고, 식당이 정말 맛있었어요. 편안한 곳이었어요

Clean and well maintained complex. Junior suite room was great. Food was above usual all inclusive standards. Staff fine. Close to beach, 5 minute taxi to Puerta Del Carmen and 10 mins in taxi from the airport. Room for improvement- better sport facilities (seperate football, basketball and Tennis court( rather than them all together and a terrible booking system where soneone can book all day every day and not even turn up. Thats probably my only criticism.

Everything was top notch from the lovely big clean room and the excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch & dinner to the general cleanliness around the whole complex including the adult pool and all the staff are courteous and extremely professional and friendly. My 2nd time staying here and definitely not my last 11/10

What’s good - Hotel is lovely, modern - Rooms are roomy and spotlessly clean - Staff are great - Food choices good and good quality - Drinks choice is great, especially in the main bar - Entertainment good, especially in the main bar What’s not so good… - Location, it’s a little bit away from the strip (but I knew that when I booked) - Whilst food choices are great, nothing is ever hot. They need to find a way to ensure that items are kept hot - A La Carte issues, I booked all inclusive via Expedia but the hotel advised me that Expedia customers didn’t get access to this restaurant. After pointing out that no where on either the hotels website or Expedia did it state this, they agreed to give us a night in the restaurant but this should never have happened

Fantastisk dejligt værelse - og med egen terrasse ud mod pool. Meget hjælpsom personale - og alt fungerede. Ligger godt for strand og afstand til byen.

This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. The food and drink is good. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly. We would definitely return again.

The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of parking. Spacious and clean rooms and variety of activities throughout the day. Food choices was great too.

Every staff member from domestics, reception, bar staff, dining rooms and animation team were superb. Always say hello / hola and take time to check your holiday is as you wish and throughout the stay if need anything or feedback

Me ha gustado todo. No me ha gustado el tipo de habitacion, no hay intimidad en la zona del ban̈o y ducha. No hay una puerta que lo separe.

The animation team makes this hotel above the rest. Anazing with the kids doinv dance lessons on the stage. Simply outstanding.

Amazing stay a AequoraSuites. Great for families or adults only. 99% staff members are very nice and pleasant Thumbs up for the chefs and Kitchen team as food was great and varied, easy to find something even for fussy children. Facilities are great and kept clean. Only Con: gym closes at 7pm and lacks of equipment Great great Animation, Entertaining Team. Can't say enough good thing about the 10 members of the Team. Emilia, Alina, Mano, Sua, Isael, Maria, Delphine, Raul ( probably got a few names wrong sorry). The kids Club is very good. Location is great, 5-10min from the beach, 10-15min from the airport by bus. Overall would highly recommend the Hotel and might even come back another time.

Stayed for a week in June, lovely time to stay as it wasn’t overly busy and plenty of sunbeds. The property was lovely and clean. Wine didn’t realised until the end of our stay that there were 2 entertainment venues the main one aimed at families and one aimed at adults near the reception. Bar staff were lovely we found the restaurant staff not as friendly. Food was pretty good, a good variety each evening. About a 20-30 min walk to Peurto del carmen or you can catch a bus from just round the corner. Playa blanca took about 40mins via bus.
