The view from the rooms is simply stunning. The hotel is almost new and built to a very high standard. The rooms are big with a generous balcony to watch the sunset with glass of wine. The road up is narrow but well paved with passing places.

The road there is an adventure and the stay is unique. The rooms are simple but the view from the balcony is a dream. I bought a bottle of the local wine and sat on the balcony all evening. The breakfast was personalized and the staff/family was lovely and very welcoming! I highly recommend this "castle-like" home for travelers that love the sound of the ocean!

Remote and narrow long road entry but very nice. Nice simple breakfast but no other food available. Will stay again.

Excellent location when hiking the coastal line or the camino the Santiago The owners are the most friendly and helpful people and you feel straight at home. Stunning views from the room, calm and a nice living room with the wood fire on to hang out in. Breakfast was excellent and served with a smile, and they are very helpful with giving you the best insides of the region.

The hotel is amazing with breathtaking views We recommend leaving in the room an electric kettle and means for making coffee tea for those who arrive late in order to stay in this beautiful hotel and not go out of town Another disadvantage is that breakfast is served late and for those who rush or wake up early for a long time without coffee and something to eat we had to give up and pity

Trust the signs and head down the narrow, single lane road to this beautiful spot. Amazing location, wonderful views and quiet. Very nice accomodations, helpful hosts. Took a day to walk the path to town, have a nice lunch and walk back. A vacation from our vacation!

The hotel is in an amazing location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen which is 6 euros a day to use. Kettles in the rooms would be very useful . The road to the hotel is about a mile long and very narrow and steep. It would help if guests were aware of this before they arrived.

La vista es lo único bueno del lugar la habitación con una húmedad terrible, el baño con arañas, la verdad muy decepcionado

Prachtige locatie alleen wat afgelegen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Zeer schoon. WiFi was wat minder.

El alojamiento es excelente. Las vistas desde la habitación son de película. Impresionante. Ves todo el mar con la isla de Guetaria y los acantilados. Impresionante puesta de sol desde la habitación. Por la noche se divisa los distintos faros funcionando (Guetaria, Zumaia y demás). La piscina también espectacular el agua a ras de suelo. Aunque no nos metimos pero sin duda nos hubiese encantado hacerlo. Joseba y Maite encantadores. Nos explicaron cómo llegar al día siguiente a San Sebastián. La carretera de subida con un paisaje espectacular pero algo estrecha. Sin embargo han hecho cada ciertos metros espacios para poder meter el coche en caso de encontrarse dos vehículos en el mismo carril. Altamente recomendable. Volveremos

Hotel perdu à flanc de montagne et surplombant la mer. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, avec balcon et vue imprenable sur la mer. Route sinueuse et très étroite par moment pour se rendre sur place, mais rien d’insurmontable, et sentier côtier très sympa pour se rendre au village d'Orio à environ 4 km de là. Accueil pro et chaleureux.
