한 달이라는 긴 여행 중 만난 최악의 숙소로 기억됩니다. 경험한 몇 가지 문제를 아래 나열하겠습니다. - 숙소와 떨어져 있는 리셉션 (서비스 요청을 위해 외출을 감행해야 함) - 최악의 서비스 (고작 여분의 수건과 침대 시트를 받기위해서 3번 이상 리셉션 방문함. 하지만 해결은커녕 돌아가라는 말만 반복함.) - 최악의 직원 (손님을 앞에 두고 휴대폰 문자만 하는 직원) - 어두운 인테리어 (게다가 천장에서 계속해서 흙이 떨어집니다) - 고장난 와이파이 (끝까지 문제를 해결해주지 않음) - 소음 (길거리에서 자는 것 같습니다) - 밤 12시에 방문하는 직원 (서비스 요청을하면 무조건 기다리라고만하더니, 자정에 문을 두드리더군요. 정말 놀랐습니다. 그리고 아무런 문제를 해결하지 못하고 갔어요.) 한국 여행객이라면 싫어할 요소를 모두 갖췄습니다. 리셉션에서 대놓고 무시당하고싶지 않으시면 이곳을 피하세요. 아, 장점 딱 한 가지로는 위치입니다.

Great location, very convenient and highly recommended apartment at the centre of Gothic Quarter.

Everything was great! Only issue was the link to access the building entrance, so had to call the office to get the code. (They should just give you the codes for both building and unit entries.) Definitely would stay again. Perfect for a couple or solo traveling.

Perfect location, in the Gothic quarter. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The keyless entry (link via a phone) to the building and elevator is really straight forward. The apartment was small, with a balcony but perfect for what we needed. It’s equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Would definitely stay here again due to the location.

Great location & very quiet. All you need within easy short walk

Mitten in der Altstadt. Originell: Fahrstuhl hält im Appartement. Ausreichend Platz für zwei Leute. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte.

The apartment was minimalist but comfortable and complete. The only thing was the first day, the application used for the access was loosing the connection with the server and stayed in the elevator without knowing what to do, pushing buttons and nothing was working. Finally it resolved itself but was a little bit frustrating. The communication using Expedia and the owner was a little bit confused. Expedia was sending textos about received messages but there was nothing when looking into the application Expedia. Finally received email and all was resolved. The technology is practical but when it fails humans are supposed to be accessible, more important when you are in another country and another language.

Great property really quirky and cute. Had everything we needed. My only gripe would be the lift in to the room. I’m sure it’s safe as all our stuff was fine but it just makes you a little worried, I’ve just never seen direct access to the room from the lift.

Host was very communicative and accommodating. Property is very centrally located with plenty to do in the area. Only feedback is that the bathroom could use a bit of a deep cleaning.

Todo estuvo muy bien excepto el día que no hubo energía eléctrica, pero creo fue una falla en la compañía de energía eléctrica y lo solucionaron y finalmente todo muy bien

Nervous at night

everything was rly good, the room was clean, nice place in the city, near to metro and everything worked fine without having to meet someone for a key, the personal was very nice, we had a great expirience

When we arrived, all seemed well. Small space, great location, perfect for 2 people. Within the first day we discovered that the Air Conditioning didn’t work, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling (which someone had to know about because they left a rag on the sink to absorb water), and a cockroach visited the first night. The company sent an auto email inquiring about our first day and I reported the issues, but received no response. Prior to our arrival, I received plenty of correspondence to my questions. The location is ideal, right in the middle of Barri Gotic, but it is quite noisy until 2-3 am - especially when you have to leave the windows open for any air flow or relief from the heat. Spectacular Empanada place across the street, a tiny pharmacy, as well as ice cream within 150ft of the door. Wifi worked great within the building, but was sometimes tough to connect to when trying to enter the front door (which is needed to open since there are no keys) Just very frustrating when by the time we left, no one bothered to contact regarding the broken AC, and by the time we left (after 6 days) there were three leaks in the bathroom ceiling. And the night before we left there was a robbery on the street not far from the building - sadly not uncommon where there are lots of tourists. Glad we visited Barcelona, but would not stay here again.

It really captured the culture of the local historic area. Transport was very good with the Metro two minutes away. Overall very pleased we chose it.

There are a lot of pictures on e.g. expedia about this hotel. But none of these were from our room which was less nice than these on the official pictures. The King size bed was a little too small for us and had only one big blanket. The bathroom was superficially clean but black in the corndes (mould?). You definetely need a phone with internet access to open the main door and to use the elevator, which opens directly in your room! You get a link to a mobile website where you can open the doors and use the elevator via toggles! The main door was not easy to open (with a lot of power)! I got 3 numbers, where only the WhatsApp number worked. The responses of my messages were fast. We were one hour too early at the location so the mobile website was still locked! I needed to call the reception so the website was unlocked one hour earlier for us which was good! The location is great if you want to walk around the gothic quarter.

Great location. taxis, food, bars monuments, markets all Maybe is the age of the buildings, we had this issue with hand wash flow. Hopefully will be fixed for next guests.

Läget var helt fantastiskt och enkelt att hitta. Rummet var toppen, men det luktade inte så gott från badrummet - det verkar vara fukt eller annan doft (kattpiss?!) där inne. Golvet i pentrydelen var fuktskadat och bolvbrädorna var buckliga så det knappt gick att öppna nödytterdörren. Vi använda inte denna dörr för hissen går rätt upp i lägenheten.
