This is a hostel not a hotel. There were no staff present for reception and no contact phone number. I was supposed to have received access codes but nothing got through to me. I only got in with the help of another guest. I could not register my passport There was no water glass in the room. The heating was not on - I had to sleep in my clothes This probably ok for backpackers but at 70 euros a night it was extremely expensive for what it offered.

It was inexpensive and was just a bed for the night but was just not very nice. Tired tatty furniture. Saw no one at all. Upstairs was a communal kitchen that was horrible. It was more of a cheap hostel really.

This is an old school property from the 50s 60s that has the check in desk on the 2nd floor, 1 up from the street. The rooms are compact but functional. It's a throw back to an earlier age.

Great no-frills hotel in the heart of Gernika. The rooms are basic but if you get a good price, I would recommend it for somewhere to stay. The pin entry system makes check in simple and the owners were communicative.

Stopped on my way through Camino Norte. No complaints. More than adequate for a couple of nights stay.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il faut bien faire son Check in à l’avance pour avoir le code d’entrée avant l’arrivée.

Enregistrement en ligne pour obtenir le code très très laborieux ! Lit propre . Beaucoup d’humidité et de moisissures dans la chambre . Bonne localisation mais beaucoup de bruit de l’intérieur comme de l’extérieur.

The check in process was difficult as our US phone needed wifi to comply. We had to communicate several times to get the info via email. They were polite, but it took a while. The outside check-in machine didn't work. The shared kitchen where they wanted us to eat was obviously used on our arrival. Our room was clean and tidy. We could have used more heat. It would have been really nice to have an actual person on the premises.

En general, todo correcto, y estupendo para el tipo de alojamiento.

Habitacion extrapequeña con un olor horrible a humedad.No te pasan a limpiar la habitacion y el baño pegado a la cama. El armario sin puerta se cae a trozos las baldas y la barra para colgar la ropa se doblaba con el peso. Justo frente a la ventana habia un bar de copas, y hasta que no cerraban era imposible dormir. Se venden como hotel y es una pension de paso. Un sobrecito de champu y gel de ducha para tres noches, y el rollo de papel de baño lo tuve que comprar. Me fui a la segunda noche de estar ahi teniendo pagadas tres noches. Una experiencia horrible.

Alojamiento sucio y el baño no tenía puerta. Toallas solo para una persona y no había secador de pelo ( estaba incluido).

The facilities were much more satisfactory than I expected. I was also satisfied with the elevator, kitchen, and view. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. The pillow cover was fine, but the pillow itself should be washed in hot water or replaced with a new one. Room number 3612

Great place, and great staff

Kleine kamer, centraal gelegen. Badkamer is half open, geen privacy.
