Hotel muy correcto

Parfait pour une nuit à Santillana Attention, juste pour avoir voulu décharger nos bagages à côté de l’hôtel nous avons eu une prune de 100€. Même pour quelques minutes il faut se garer à l’entrée de la ville.

Clean and very light just renovated apartment.

Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana.

Las imágenes con las cuales venden la habitación no corresponde con lo realmente te encuentras al llegar, la limpieza del espacio deja mucho que desear en nuestra habitación habían moscas, el jacuzzy al conectarlo olía verdaderamente mal, a pesar de su precio no había accesorios de baño y la habitación estaba a nivel de calle y todos los que pasaban por la plaza podian Ver la habitación al completo y claro al tener las cortinas cerradas la luminosidad de la habitación era bastante escasa. Realmente una decepción de lugar no repetiré nunca

Suite con diseño y decoración exquisita. El desayuno incluido estaba muy bien. La suite tenía jacuzzi, nevera, tostadora, máquina de café de cápsulas, dos televisores, etc. Ana, la propietaria, es una persona muy amable. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios. En resumen, una estancia muy agradable en una suite de lujo. El alojamiento tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Muy recomendable.

Una habitacion muy acogedora,decoracion espectacular.El jacuzzi está genial.La ubicacion justo a lado de la colegiata es estupenda,bueno salvo por las campanadas nocturnas....pero merece la pena.La atencion del personal muy buena.Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

El peor trato que he recibido en mi vida.

Where do I start? First, the positives which were very few. Very warm welcome by a lovely lady, nicely decorated rooms, lovely big bed, good shower. On the negative side, very difficult to find and had to park in an unsecured public car park half a mile away with narrow cobbled streets to negotiate. Breakfast served in room and left the night before was virtually inedible - stale bread and cakes, tea but no kettle, fruit way past its sell by date including black bananas. No air con and very hot and stuffy. Top floor, lots of stairs and no lift. However, all this pales into insignificance compared to the church bells. If you are travelling a long way and breaking the journey, the one thing that you need is a good night’s sleep. This hotel is situated right next to a church and the bells ring every hour and half hour - on the hour they double up so at 11pm 22 rings and at midnight 24 rings and so on all through the night - and they are very loud. This is a beautiful old town but there was no indication of any of these issues on the website so a woeful lack of information that is vitally important for any traveller. Very disappointed.

De beaux espaces, un jaccuzi très agréable, une propreté irréprochable.... la nuit a été parfaite, même si les cloches sonnant à proximité étaient bien présentes. Le bémol c’est le manque d’indication pour situer l’hôtel. Un seul petit panneau extérieur très peu visible. Personne à notre arrivée pour l’accueil, contact uniquement par téléphone avec un monsieur (nous avons réussi à nous comprendre avec mes quelques mots d’anglais) et nous n’avons vu personne à notre départ. Un peu dommage ...

Excelente la habitación familiar!! Super bien ubicado a metros de todo!! 100% recomendable

Village très touristique. Suite située dans le casco viejo. Parking à l'extérieur. Il serait bien qu'un pass existe pour le parking tout proche reservé aux résidents. Difficulté à trouver l'adresse par gps, petite route étroite comme on ne peut pas accéder en voiture jusqu'à l'hôtel. Service accueillant malgré tout. Spa dans la chambre. Un plan du village serait intéressant
