Hotel con habitaciones sencillas, pero confortables e higiénicas. Acceso por código personal ya que el personal, colaborador y profesional, solo está por las mañanas. Recomendable por lo anterior y por estar situado a pocos metros del centro de la ciudad ( catedral y Ayto)

We booked two rooms. While our room was ok, our daughter’s room smelled like a sewer. When we went to the front desk to get the problem taken care of, there was no one there even though it was 40 minutes before they were scheduled to leave. Needless to say, our daughter and son in law didn’t it sleep very well that night.

Oltre al fatto che le immagini non corrispondono alla realtà, durante il nostro breve soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato numerose mancanze/problemi: 1. Insopportabile odore di muffa nella camera 2. Assenza di accoglienza e assistenza. Il personale risponde tramite whatsapp ma con molto ritardo e con zero empatia. E alla reception non c’è nessuno. 3. Camera per niente insonorizzata e pulizia scarsa. 4. Prezzo ingiustificato rispetto ai servizi offerti.

There is no on site person to contact for any need one might have or problem with the room. The drain in the shower did not work, water flooded the bathroom and bedroom. With no onsite personnel, I spent an hour and a half trying to contact someone to help as I couldn’t use the bathroom or get in or out of the room due to water. After a day of walking the Camino into Santiago, this was a terrible experience.

Very impressed. The location is so close to the Cathedral, touris areas with dining and shopping. Also the Alameda Park is amazing. Room is clean, comfy, super helpful friendly staff. Great value for the money.

Loved the proximity to everything and felt very safe at night. Didn’t love the pokiness of the rooms and there was nowhere to hang a towel to dry as you get one per stay. Otherwise overall this place is new and clean and modern just be prepared for very small rooms where all you can do is lie on the bed.

Literalmente solo fuimos a dormir una noche y cumplió perfectamente su función. Nos dieron una habitación triple no se porque, pero super cómoda. Buena ubicación, la limpieza ok. La tele tenía youtube, lo que se agradece. Llegamos de noche y necesitábamos por ir a las 7 am a la catedral, agarrar las cosas y tomar un tren a las 9 y pudimos hacer todo muy cómodamente allí. Habíamos indicado pagar en el sitio, pero no lo recordaba, nos fuimos y le avisamos a la recepcionista la habitación y dijo gracias chau, y a unos metros me entró la duda y entré y pague jaja sino me dijo que llaman por teléfono y cobran en la tarjeta de reserva. Muy buena relación precio calidad, al menos en invierno.
