호텔 내부가 꽤 넓어요. 큰 캐리어 2개를 펼쳐놔도 다닐 공간이 충분하고 쾌적해요. 공항 리무진이 무료로 제공되고, 아침 조식도 그만하면 좋은 편이에요. 공항이 가까워서 입출국 때 1박 이용하면 아주 유용할 듯요. 걸어서 5분 거리에 Alcampo 대형슈퍼가 있어서, 쓸만한 물건들 구입하기 좋아요. 다음에도 이용할 의사 100% 입니다.

2박3일 이용했습니다 여러가지로 이 호텔 평점 7.4에 맞는호텔이라고 생각합니다. 부족하지만, 이 호텔이 그럼에도 빛나는 것은 부하가 걸릴 정도로 무리한 상황에서도 미소를 잃지않고 노력하는 직원들의 희생과 노력 덕분이라고 생각합니다.

Airport shuttle is so useful. Short journey from the airport and efficient reception process. Good sized room with excellent facilities. Didn’t appreciate that the breakfast was included … a pleasant surprise.

The staff are very helpful and spoke English. The room was bright, cheerful and very clean. They have extra pillows and covers in the closet as well as an ironing board and iron. There are convenient drawers in the closet. The outside patios are beautiful and you can enjoy your amazing buffet breakfast inside or out.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Airport shuttle was convenient and takes like 10-15 mins. There is a bus stop right behind the hotel to get to closer to city center.

Excellent hotel near the airport. Clean, everything was working, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff, very convenient shuttle to the airport. Would stay again.

The bus driver to the airport at 5:30 was rude and was driving 71 km on the 30km zone. He dropped me very far from the main door of Terminal 2. This guy should be fired. He was yelling at all passengers in Spanish that nond understood what is his problem. Two very young Chinese students dud not understand when we arrived to terminal 1 that this was it. So when he closed the back door and cand back to his seats they told him they want to get up. He started yelling and he refused to let them get up and drive about 100 m then he let them get up also far from the main door of the terminal. If he does not like his job then either HD should quit or be fired. This incident happened on July 11 at 5:30 am. I had the GPS on and k took screenshots that show his fast was he driving .myself and two other passengers tried to talk to him to slow down but he would not listen and respond yelling at us in Spanish.

Pratique et propre

Stayed for a one day layover. Very conveniently, the hotel is in the same strip as a HUGE "everything" store (think COSTCO meets IKEA without the membership fee) that was useful to grab things I forgot to pack as well as fun to wander for over an hour, marveling at all the foods available. There is a take away section, but no microwave in the room, just a mini-fridge, so I wasn't able to reheat anything. There are fast food options in the mall food court. Back to the hotel - front desk staff speak English, they will securely store luggage if you arrive before check-in (as I did). The room was clean and comfortable. There is a bar/lounge with indoor and outdoor seating on the second floor. Breakfast was included with my stay, it was a never-ending buffet of everything you could think of! Even a chocolate fountain! The one thing I was disappointed about is the pool. It is part of the Spa business unit, and as such, you need to pay 12 euro to access it. I was looking forward to a dip on the hot afternoon, but didn't feel like paying an additional fee. The free shuttle to/from the airport was one of the main reasons I booked here, the directions to the pickup area sent to me with my reservation confirmation were very clear, the buses run hourly. When checking in, you need to set up your time slot for the return trip if you are using it. This is a suburban airport hotel, there isn't much else beyond the immediate shopping area to walk to, but it served my needs perfectly.

Super pratique et très bon rapport qualité prix. J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour la proximité avec l’aéroport international et parce que le transfert hôtel-aéroport était inclus dans le prix. J’avais pris l’option sauna également (128€ la nuit). Il y a également un restaurant dans l’hôtel où j’ai pu dîner à plus de 22h un repas équilibré avec entrée (18€). Je n’avais pas le temps pour la salle de gym mais j’ai trouvé super qu’il y en ait une. Le sauna était dans mes options mais fermé. Les horaires n’étaient pas accessibles facilement. J’ai juste trouvé que les massages étaient possibles de 9 à 15h. Mais je ne connais pas l’heure de fermeture du sauna. J’étais frustrée car j’avais vraiment envie d’y aller. Ma chambre était super agréable, le lit parfait, la douche et WC séparés dans un espace harmonieux et élégant. Je n’ai pas fait de photos mais juste un petit film : j’ai donc pris des captures (qualité pauvre !) pour les partager avec mon commentaire.

The first staff that checked me in was great everyone else were terrible. Shuttle was good but very difficult to locate on arrival. The building is okay, lots of hair on washroom floor. Terrible mattress…

Very helpful staff, free airport transfers, free breakfast, free baggage hold, located next to a shopping center, extremely affordable price!!!! Would definitely stay again if I need to be near the BCN airport.

The pillows were the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. The hotel was clean and friendly. The spa staff was helpful and friendly.
