아나코 호텔

호스텔만 전전하다가 좀 혼자 편히있고 싶어서 SOL역에서 가깝고 젤 싼방으로 정하다보니 여기로 왔는데 냉장고가 없어요,,, 방상태로는 솔직히 3만원 짜리 방이예요 그런데 어쩌겠어요. 다시는 안가면 되지. 연인끼리 가면 이별각이니 혼자인 분들만 오세요

호텔 위치는 좋으면, 스태프로 친절하지만, 조식(옆 레스토랑 이용)및 호텔 시설 등은 조금 낙후됨.

위치는 좋지만 여러모로 빈약한 점이 많았습니다. 일단 방이 너무 어두웠어요. 불 하나 없이 스탠드 두개로만 의존해야했어요.

When we first checked in we immediately noticed a dead roach stuck on top of the wall in the bathroom. The bathtub was extremely dirty that when our receptionist came to our room he gave a face of disgust as soon as he saw the state of the bathroom and gave us another room. The other room was cleaner but it was filled with bedbugs... we had to throw away some of our clothing because it was filled with so many of them. My grandmother and I were having such a horrible time. And we requested to have us transfered to another hotel but they were no help. We had to contact support just so that we could go to another place. This was a horrible experience especially since we arrived from the airport and had to leave this hotel at 1am just to go to another one at the last moment. Had to leave our luggage outside and had to clean all of our clean clothes just to make sure we didnt bring any bedbugs.vThe hotel did not help and i had to do everything myself to find someplace else to sleep. This was a horrible experience and would never visit this hotel again.

Plusieurs éléments en mauvais état dans la chambre comme les rideaux à moitié décroches ou le ruban des volants roulants prêt à se déchirer. Le bruit d'une fête dans la salle juste sous notre chambre était insupportable, heureusement que l'hôtel était très bien placé.

Hotel bem limpo, quartos não tão arejados, mais para uma noite valeu a pena o investimento.

The rooms don't even have hand soap, the pictures were not representative of the place and most of the amenities listed were closed or missing.

Honestly, not sure how this hotel is a 3 stars and cost over 400 Cad. Getting there yesterday, there were 3 customers having payment issues because the hotel system was down. We had to wait for 50min because there was only 1 person at reception and he did not know much because he kept calling someone if the phone for help. where finally it was our turn to checkin I understood that some how there are still using pen and and paper book to track reservation. The room was clean but my window did not lock well so I had to listen to all the people screaming at night and the early cleaning trucks. My window cover was broken (Please check the picture) so I was not able to close the curtain. and the bed was BAD. It cracked and made sounds everytime i turns, it was not comfortable. The morning staff was almost arrogant: no good morning, no thank you, no how was your stay. Just give me the room key. I will NEVER go back and will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel antigo. Excelente localização. Tudo estava muito limpo. Hospedagem sem café da manhã. Não espere muito luxo, mas a localização otimizou muito nossa viagem.

Das beste am Hotel Anaco ist die günstige Lage ganz in der Nähe der Puerta del Sol. Von hier aus kann man ales sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber sauber und reichen vollkommen aus, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

Such a great place to stay ! But sadly very sadly i have a terrible experience , Bed Bugs everywhere! Horrible its not the word! My whole body had bites, I had to trash my luggage , and clothes ! I end up in doctors office horrible bites lots of itching , welts all over my body ! My body had a allergy reaction to it! Im waiting for my money back! Sadly again i would NOT recomend!

This is an older hotel that has not been upgraded lately. It's location was wonderful - a four minute walk from the Gran Via metro station. And about a six minute walk to the Sol metro station and the main square. It was in the heart of vibrant nightlife, restaurants, shops, etc. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

La propiedad está en un lugar accsesible a todo. Se puede caminar a puntos de interés, Al parecer están en proceso de remodelación y les falta áreas por terminar, pero en términos generales buen lugar

Todo muy bien. Solo las camas un poco delgadas y había una con rueditas que se movía. A veces se meten ruidos de la calle, pero al final si te dejan dormir. El elevador del año del caldo, y en verano parece horno dentro del mismo.

El servicio muy bien el lugar cómodo.
