Easy instructions on how to gain access to building sent via WhatsApp the day before. Situated in a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from train station & centre. First impressions of apartment were good although this was let down by some of the cleanliness. Cups, crockery, cutlery, bath were dirty & some furniture really dusty. Kettle was full of limescale but when I made contact with owners about this they offered to immediately rectify & apologised profusely. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed for a refresh, one of the reasons I chose it. I understand it’s out of season, but would have been nice to know at time of booking. WiFi was really good. Despite issues with cleanliness & closed pool I would consider staying here again.

Nice apartment, but definitely requires some improvements. Hard beds, no hot water, needed plug or washing up bowl in kitchen area.

Las habitaciones, la cercania del hotel al parking para coger las maletas, El balcon y los ascenssores. Todo muy bien. La recepcion genial.

Jag badade inte i poolen ,men en man som gjorde vid den varje dag ! Personal i Receptionen Underbara kära Susanna är toppen ! Det finns närbutiker nära och inte så långt att gå till en stor billig matbutik Mercadona. Lägenheten var ok hyfsat rent. Nära till mitt i Centrum.Där är en Restaurang runt hörnan.Jag har bott här många gånger.

Enjoyed our stay, but did not get to enjoy the pool as there was no one to show us the code which our little girl wanted so badly.

Eneste plus var at det er tæt på Torremolinos centrum og stranden

L’appartamento è più spazioso di altri che si trovano in zona. 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Molto tranquillo

El apartamento asqueroso. Bichos en la bañera, el sofá lleno de roña. Nos hemos ido al día seguiente y no han Sido amables a la hora de ponernos de acuerdo para solicitar un reembolso de las noches en las que no estuvimos. Así que no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Apartamento muy malo

A nuestra llegada, el apartamento no se había limpiado bien, había manchas de tomate en el microondas, y la nevera estaba realmente sucia. En general, el menaje, mobiliario, sábanas y mantas, toallas, colchones, necesitan renovarse. A su favor, la amabilidad de la recepcionista y el de mantenimiento, apartamento amplio, céntrico y buena comunicación.

There was nothing to cook with, had to buy a pan, glasses, sponges, wax cloth etc, one word terrible. Stayed 10 days and seen no one to clean, communicate or ask anything. There was a phone number you needed to call and that was it. Size of apartment was ok and near center located.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura si trova in centro e quindi molto comoda per spostarsi. L'appartamento è bello, molto luminoso. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Great place to stay, comfortable, nice kitchen with everything that you need. Close to supermarkets, town centre and really good access to train or bus station

Perfect location close to train, shopping, restaurants and city center. Despite this it is in a quiet neighborhood. Room wasn’t that clean when we arrived and during the stay at Velero you have to clean the apartment yourself. We were there for 10 days before new bed linen and towels were delivered. You have to change the bed linen yourself. The pool was green of algae when we arrived 9th June. It was somewhat cleaned during the first days but we didn’t use it because we didn’t want to take the risk of getting sick. Anyway it wasn’t our main reason for choosing Velero and all in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back next time we are going to the Malaga area. The owner/manager was very helpful with recommendations and advices for our vacation.

I couldn't stay at this property as there was no one there when I arrived. I had to arrange other suitable accommodation and was told this accommodation was not safe foe solo females.

Super séjour. L'hotel est top. Idéalement placé proche du centre ville et pas loin de la plage. Manque quand même une machine à laver sur place et quelques ustensiles de cuisine.
