숙소 위치는 나쁘지 않습니다. 방 2개 아파트 사용하였는데, 도어록의 low battery로 첫날 사용이 불가하였습니다. (다만, 숙소 직원의 도움으로 동 아파트로 바로 올라갈 수 있는 엘리베이터 키를 받아서 룸 사용은 가능하였습니다) 전반적으로 아파트 상태가 낡았고 관리가 부족한 것 같습니다. 더욱이 방문시 이상 고온으로 많이 더운 날씨였으며, 옥상층에 위치한 방이어서 그런지 너무 더웠고, 에어컨 작동도 수월하지 않았습니다. 욕실의 경우 비스듬한 천장의 구조로 인하여 고개를 숙이고 불편한 자세로 샤워를 하여야 하는 형태입니다.

친절한 주인 아저씨 덕에 편안한 여행이 되었다. 주차는 호텔 바로 근처에 있는 개인 주차장을 이용할 수 있더록 해 주어서 더욱 편했다. 시내 중심가라서 교통이나 도보 여행 모두 편리했다. 겨울이었지만 난방이 무척 발 되어서 따뜻하게 보냈다. 아이들과 함께한 좋은 숙박 경험이었다.

Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Location was further away from tourist area than information implied.

Excelente apartamento. Entrada com instruções via porteiro eletrônico mas sem problemas tudo muito fácil. Uma msg enviada a meu celular explicava tudo. Apto grande com localização muito tranquila mas que passa carro e o Uber te pega na porta . . Distante uns 300m da região do início dos bares e restaurantes . Fica a 120 ml do el corte inglês.

En general muy cómodo en todo.

Excellent location with lots of shoping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Very easy access to Alhambra by public transit. Host provided very helpful information. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months.

We liked the neighbourhood. It was lively in the evening. Itwas a close to tapas restaurants and pastry shops.

No lo recomiendo para familias con bebés. El apartamento que nos tocó no tenía lavadora y la plantilla para cocinar era terrible. No calentaba bien por lo que cocinar era casi imposible… tuvimos que dejar mucha comida porque no alcanzaba el tiempo para cocinar y tener que hacer doble gasto y comer fuera

Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés pendant la présence de la personne qui fait le ménage , elle les a appelé pour demander les renseignements. Nous n'avions pas reçu de mail ou SMS pour les informations d'entrée, code et numéro de chambre. Pendant les 2 jours à aucun moment il y a eu quelqu'un à l'accueil.

The cleaning lady opened the door for us and she was so helpful to get us settled in.The first 2 days were somewhat quiet but the next 2 days not so much, we had children running none stop above us and not respecting the quiet hours.

Nice property down the small streets, lovely terrace, confusion about check in but hosts were very responsive.

We went for the most expensive appartment expecting extra space and hoping for the best conditions due to the high previous reviews. First the positives Good cleanliness and friendly cleaning staff. Also the elevator goes into the appartment, which is nice with stroller. Lastly its a good location. The less great The appartment is worn down. There were cracks in the walls, the lock on the bathroom was broken, the window lock was broken, which is extremely unnerving when you've communicated that you are bringing a child and the appartment is on the fourth floor. There were cracks in the kitchen counter, dinner table, fridge, and the living room + bathroom is at a low height because its under the roof, so you cannot fully stand in half the appartment. Also there is no "do not disturb" sign so the cleaning staff came in while we were sleeping. They apologized for this which is fair enough. The awful: The patio is shocking, and the owners have been very selective with their pictures. The walls and furniture is worn down, and the flooring is spotted fake grass with several gaps where you can look straight through (down four floors). When it started raining the it also started dripping through the ceiling, and several water damages appeared. Worst was the owners reaction, who just said thank you for reporting this. I was expecting compensation or the very least an apology since one (of two) bedrooms now was unusable due to water dripping down. TLDR: stay somewhere else

The apartment is located in a small and quiet street just two streets away from El Corte Inglés. So, the access to the bus lines (including airport shuttle) and the congress center is very good. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Also, 3 supermarkets and 1 asian shop are within 5 min on foot. Check-in/out was simple. The responses by the management to our questions were a bit slow but we had no big problem. The room was on the top floor. To our surprise, the button of that floor in the elevator was with the key hole, and you need to insert the key instead of pressing it. When the door was opened, you are already in the room. (The elevator door = the room door.) We had only one set of keys (we did not ask for extra). So, when I came back, my wife had to come down with the elevator. Otherwise I could not even go up to the top floor without the key. You can access the room also by the stairs, leading to another door near the kitchen. It is like an attic room, so you cannot stand straight in the half of the living/dining room. The room is with a kitchen, a living/dining room (with a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a sofa bed), two bed rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom (with a bath tab and a laundry machine). The shower was a bit weak. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen, but no AC outlet is nearby. We did not find a switch for the kitchen fan. In total, we really enjoyed the stay and may choose the same place again.
