Very clean and spacious rooms. Always a sunbed available even though it’s August. Great entertainment.

The rooms were nice and roomy for a family of four. The location is ideal as close to oceanfront. The food was really bad and I've stayed at a good amount of all inclusives. We booked all inclusive and ended up eating out most nights. Another thing to note is that it's hard to get a drink at dinner as they only offer table service (1 or 2 waiters for everyone). A bit disappointing if paying for all inclusive and you have to wait 30 min to be served. We wouldn't return unfortunately.

Preisleistung war ok. Apartment war geräumig jedoch viele Ameisen im Zimmer. Frühstück war super jedoch, dass Abendessen war sehr fade. Paelle war zum Beispiel sehr überkocht und hatte keinen Geschmack. Für Getränke musste man extra bezahlen obwohl man Halbpension hatte. Die Bedinung im Restaurant war katastrophal. Man wartete zum Teil 20min um was zu trinken zu bestellen. Mini disco war top unsere Kids haben sich jeden Abend darauf gefreut wie auch auf die Abendshows.

The hotel offers quite good value for money, and its location is truly excellent. Cleanliness is well taken care of, which made our stay pleasant. However, the room decor is starting to look a bit worn, and the hotel’s best days seem to be behind it. We were not satisfied with the beds, as the mattresses were too hard for us. The condition of the elevators also raised some concerns, which slightly affected the overall experience. Breakfast was average and didn’t particularly stand out. There were many families staying at the hotel, and there was a program organized for the children, which brought a cheerful atmosphere. Our room was located in the courtyard, which was really charming, as was the pool area. All in all, the hotel is well suited for families and for travelers who value cleanliness and a pleasant environment, even though some areas would benefit from an update.

Hôtel très bien situé. Superbe piscine. Les appartements sont grands et propre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le balcon est super. Il manque un peu d’équipement au niveau de la cuisine (éponge/produit vaisselle). Le personnel de l’accueil ne dit pas forcément bonjour quand on passe. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Die 3 Sterne bei der Umgebung bezieht sich auf die Lage, nicht auf das Hotel selbst. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Our house keeper Carmen was super friendly and very accommodating throughout our entire stay. Also breakfast was great with many choices and very friendly and efficient staff.

Very well located within the Can Picafort resort and close to local bus routes. The hotel is in need of some updating and the wifi is terrible, but the room was comfortable and the outside pool area spacious with good lunch/drink options from the bar. Not a luxury stay but perfectly fine.

L'établissement ne respecte pas la loi en ne proposant pas d'eau gratuitement pendant les repas. Les minis bouteilles d'eau sont vendues au prix modique de 3 euros pendant le repas. Mais le pire de cet hotel reste l'insonorisation et l'irrespect total des vacanciers. Par ailleurs, la restauration est bonne et les espaces sont agréables. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et agréable.

Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. Good bits: pools are nice, with a small indoor pool and new spa area. Kids splash pool is ideal for around 8y and under. Food is acceptable, much the same as other hotels - there's always something to eat, unless your children are particularly fussy like mine. Very much catered for the European market, but they attempt bacon every day at breakfast, though it's more like fried ham sadly. Some days the meat selection was unreal, roast beef, chicken/turkey etc. Bad bits: if you happen to get a room on the 1st floor above the entertainment room (as we did) you'll quickly realise that it is ridiculously loud and noise comes through the floor, it ends at half 10 which is early enough, but when you have 2 tired small children - half 10 is too late to put up with. They did move us rooms reluctantly, and after some bad attitude from the receptionist "what do you want me to do, it's Mallorca, noise until 12 o clock is normal", whilst probably correct, that doesn't fix my issue, and it's bad customer service. Our second stay here but probably won't be back, but we love the island so will definitely be back to Mallorca.

En general bien , pero la comida del hotel regular. No hay opciones sanas para niños. Y para adulto escaso. Mucho rebozado y salsas.

Très bien propre et très bel hôtel Personnel agréable et à l’écoute

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Flughafen ca 1h Fahrt. Abendprogramm vorhanden. Frühstück haben wir einmal benutzt, war vielfältig. Zimmer sehr sauber und ideal eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Putzdamen. Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Aldi diagonal gegenüber, Mercado 5min, Spar im Haus. Strand 12 Minuten. Pool, Pool für Kinder sauber und groß. Poolbar preislich angemessen. Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Overall I was really impressed with the resort. It was significantly cheaper than any other resort and we have done AI a lot with kids and glad to say this one didn't disappoint. We had a pool room apartment and it was nice and spacious with a basic but functional kitchen area. Resort felt spacious but we went mid to late October before half term. Central bar was a great space with plenty of tables and lots of loungers. Kids splash zone was great for under 5s. Good size sports court. Outdoor pool was pretty bracing but a great size. The jewel was the indoor pool which our kids loved. And spent morning and early evening in there. Food was actually pretty good and fair variety each day. Like with most AI you have to accept it for what it is. Similarly drinks are ok. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Location is about 10min walk from beach and very pleasant and a 20 min drive to alcudia bay which we would recommend. Staff were very friendly and check in process was easy. We arrived after midnight and a nice touch is they leave restaurant open with a help yourself cold buffet. Weather was a nice low 20s. Bit chilly in the evening. There was the usual evening entertainment. Not really our thing but seemed ok. Lastly if you have a car only a small number of spaces but loads of safe street parking to the front and side of the hotel.

Especially the reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful with their local knowledge, thank you! But the rest of your team made us feel very welcome too. We couldn’t fault them, excellent! The apartment hotel also met our expectations. Great pool / spa facilities, clean rooms, etc. The half board option was tasty too. Unfortunately a neighbouring hotel called Tonga Tower played very loud music every night as their “entertainment” which was disturbing the whole local area, its residents & holiday makers.

Notre séjour a Can Picafort Palace fût excellent Appartement très propre avec balcon et vue sur piscine. Très bonne restauration et personnel très sympathique.Seul petit bémol ( le personnel parle très peu le français) Je recommande sans problème cet établissement Jacques

Romslig leilighet, og bra hotell. Det som trekker ned er svært høy musikk gjennom hele dagen. Svært forstyrrende både på balkonger og rundt basseng. Maten var grei nok, men svært utrivelig matsal. Her var du på en veldig travel kafeteria, hvor det gjaldt å bli ferdig fortest mulig.

Destaco la tranquilidad de hotel y la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo del comedor. La comida no está mal aunque le faltó variedad.

Et fint lejlighedshotel med god underholdning hele dagen og ikke problemer med at få liggestole ved poolen. Hotellet ligger fint centralt og tæt på indkøbsmuligheder og forholdsvis kort til stranden. Stranden er fin med sand og lavt vand. Vi havde købt all inclusive, hvilket var lidt under hvad vi ellers har været vant til fra andre steder. Eftermiddagssnack i poolbaren var "tørre" sandwich ikke noget med toast, pizza etc., en del drinks var ikke inkluderet. Buffetten i restauranten var lidt ensformig og måske især begrænset i udvalget til børn. Men ellers et ganske fint ophold.
