아파트호텔 퍼스트 플라토텔 인터내셔널

이제까지 다녀본 숙소중 최악이다 오후5시 숙소에왔는데 물이 안나왔다 아무런 사전 공지도 없었다. 문의했더니 어쩔수 없다고만 했다 그리고 밤10시가 되서야 물이 나왔다. 그리고 조식 정말 최악이였다 스탠드는 다 비어있고 달랑 트레이에 냉동빵 뿐이였다 여행을 최악으로 만드는 서비스였다

비수기여서 좋은 가격에 정말 전망좋고 편안한 스테이를 할 수 있어서 만족합니다. 바로 작은 해변가 앞에 위치해 있고 발코니로 펼쳐지는 바다 전망은 정말 좋습니다. 전자레인지와 커피포트 등이 있어 간단한 식사 하기에도 좋았습니다.

위치가 너무 좋다. 베날마데나 끝자락에 있어 푸엔히롤라의 해변이나 쇼핑몰을 이용하기도 편리하다. 호텔 바로 옆에 골프장이 있어 언뜻 보면 주변이 썰렁해 보이는데 이는 와이파이가 유료인 점과 함께 이 호텔의 최대 단점이다. 하지만 카지노도 가깝고 객실 내부도 넓고 깨끗하며 부엌과 세탁기 테라스가 있어서 대체로 만족스러웠다. 호텔 스태프 역시 굉장히 친절해서 아주 기분 좋게 머물렀던 호텔이다.

The apartment was spacious, but the shower was mouldy. The sofa bed was ripped. The door separating the bedroom kept banging if the window was open, we blocked it shut with our trolley bag which then got a thick layer of dust. There was no soap in the toilet when we arrived. Whilst it was spacious, it looked very different from the pictures on hotels.com and for me personally had a depressing feel to it. Upon informing the hotel, they said they would clean the shower, they refilled the soap promptly. Then they realised it was mould in the shower and said they would send a technician. I asked to swap rooms and they refused. I asked for a refund for the remaining time, and they said i need to deal with hotels.com. they said if i wanted to move hotels i needed to checkout by 12pm. Then they allowed for 1pm as the technicians to look at the mould hadnt arrived. I contacted hotels.coml who tried contacting the hotel and couldnt get thriugh to the approving manager. Mould is not safe, by this time I was fed up and wanted to move. I was unable to take a shower. Hotels.com eventually agreed to giving me credit to move to another hotel. Flatotel only apologised when i checked out. Ive noticed that when there are issues to do with money, the hotels are not interested in dealing with the customers and point us towards hotels.com. Technicians came to assess the situation. What they ended up doing i dont know, as by that time i was so frustrated id left. no ETA for fix given.

Todo en general estupendo. Amplias habitaciones, vistas, limpieza, comida ( aunque mi hija quería tortitas ) y sobre todo la camarera Isabel que nos atendió y ayudó porque llevábamos una mascota. Chapó

Nice place with an amazing location, the beach is across the street and many restaurants close by, we took an appartement with 2 bedrooms and it was huge with a big leaving room and 2 bathrooms.

Vue magnifique, personnel agréable et professionnel. Beaucoup trop de bruit, salles de bain vétuste avec mauvaises odeurs, petit déjeuner mauvais.

Långt bort från shopping och restauranger, måste ha bil för att ta sig till olika ställen.

This hotel is nice in a way, but it’s missing so much stuff, when you read reviews about the pictures being different than the room BELIEVE THEM! It’s definitely different, the pictures must be from another hotel. I didn’t complain about this as I was only there for 2 nights so I didn’t want to get stressed out but every time we went downstairs near reception we heard someone arguing about different missing things… The food was good, what you would probably expect from half board, the service was excellent, the servers really went out their way to help you out, Patricia, Maria, and the Bar guy, amazing people! They definitely make the hotel a better place! Unfortunately we were there while there was a student participation/sports week and it was FULL of high schoolers and they were not polite, to be honest that they were there wasn’t what bother me , what bother me was that I couldn’t get to the ice cream or had no eggs in the morning because they were taking everything and getting in front of you at the queue and the elevators were taking forever because this kids were playing in them, literally no one was stopping them, if I would have know this would have happened I would have NOT paid to stay there, because you go for relaxation and not to be run down by a bunch of high school rude students. I suggest next time you organise your selves and let the kids eat at a certain time and in a certain area, so everyone is happy…

Et helt greit sted. Prismessig er det bra. En bakdel er at de er lite fleksible med å la gjester sjekke inn før klokken 17. Det er også litt dårlig kjøkkenutstyr i leilighetene.

Building works to main entrance so had to walk round to a side door, shop closed, pool bar not open, hotel full of kids running and shouting through corridors at night= shocking experience no manager available to complain too

Huoneessa koko loman ajan hirveä viemärin haju. Wc tilat hiljattain rempattu. Huone muuten iso ja sängyt hyvät. Joka ilta saapui bussilastillinen teinejä/koululaisia, jotka huusivat ja juoksivat pitkin käytäviä pitkälle yli puoleen yöhön. Aamupala monipuolinen, ilman kasviksia. Aamupalalla hlökunta erittäin ystävällistä, siitä iso kiitos. Siivouksessa parantamiseen varaa, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin sovitusti. Liikenneyhteydet loistavat. Sijainti hyvä.

Malheureusement, un dégât d’eau dans notre appartement a gâché un peu notre séjour. Heureusement, nous avons été relocalisé dans un autre avec les mêmes caractéristiques.

Room good, inside and staff good. Extensive Work going on outside and signage for hotel and parking was totally inadequate making it really difficult to find and park in. Entrance was temporary and hidden from road. Otherwise inside good and staff friendly and helpful.

Kolmas kerta samassa hotellissa. Keskitason hotelli, hyvä sijainti, hyvät bussiyhteydet Fuengirolaan ja Malagaan, tilavat huoneet. Miinuksena huono äänieristys. Kettiö ”minimalistinen”, vähän astioita ym.
