Diego and his staff as well as the restaurant were outstanding. A perfect place to relax and close to the beach. Strongly recommend.

Great location, great restaurant

Nice location wooded and wood deck walking paths .... 5 minutes walk to beautiful clothes optional beach. 5 minutes walk to 2 cheap restaurants popular with the locals. Awesome service and staff but extra charge for crappy parking arrangement its too far from rooms in the back, u have to get out of the car to push a button for gate to parking area to open, parking spots are typical European, tiny bite size spots. Moving stuff from car to room a pain on stairs and distance from car to room. Especially if u r on the top floor- there is no elevator. Room showers r nice but won't maintain water temperature setting.....needs constant adjustment otherwise the water is either too hot or cold after 40 seconds of u adjusting the water temperature. Ants get in the room even if u forget to clean a single crum from the counter or floor. When u leave the room all electrical power is cut off....which would be fine except it also ruins the food in the electric powered fridge and freezer. Also who likes to come to a very hot room in summer? AC takes quite a while to cool down the room. U have to shut the room door quickly or else u risk allowing the geckos on walls getting in the room. All in all, even if u r used to the regular cheap hotels in America this would still be quite an adjustment comparatively. But the awesome staff, service, nearby beach, woods, cheap but authentic local restaurants close by make up for it just fine.

We were very comfortable in our apartment. It was a short walk through a pleasant wooded park to the beach.

Went to Rota to see the flying display for the Spanish Navy,s Centenary of Naval Aviation. An excellent show ... and this hotel proved to be a first-class base for the weekend. Great location on the edge of town ... good pool plus easy walk to beach.

Great apartment with friendly, helpful staff and a good Mexican restaurant on site. Opposite a lovely wooden walkway that goes over the dunes and through woodland. Easy access to the beach

Fuimos mi pareja y yo con motivo del día de San Valentín y nos sorprendieron dejándonos unas copitas, champán y pétalos rojos con velitas en el apartamento. El chico de la recepción muy amable. El apartamento muy limpio y acogedor, no le faltaba un detalle. Todo bastante nuevo, temperatura perfecta gracias al climatizador :) Justo enfrente la playa tras los pinares, bares muy cerca, el famoso Pizza y Pasta queda justo al lado. Quedamos encantados. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Siempre salimos contentos. Esta vez hemos ido a Feria, por lo que la ubicación excelente. Muy buena la atención, tanto de recepción como de limpieza.

Résidence très appréciée de ma petite famille.Très pratique ces cafetière, micro-ondes, vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, nombreux produits de bains, serviettes de bains, draps, TV et lecteur DVD (super pour la fin de journée...un petit dessin animé pour les enfants sur Disney Chanel)...etc.Emplacement super : proximité quasi immédiate de l'océan, fête foraine début mai (bruyant...mais on est en vacances...et les Espagnols savent vraiment bien faire la fête).Propreté et entretien quotidien...absolument parfaits.Seul petit bémol...le clic clac du salon...confort acceptable pour des enfants...plus limite pour des adultes.

Me gusto mucho, la atención fue muy correcta así como los servicios ofrecidos, lastima que celebraron una boda y estuvimos hasta las tantas de la madrugada celebrándolo con ellos desde la habitación, se hecho de menos un buen aislamiento acústico y el parking es otro tema a tener en cuenta ya que no respetan la plaza asignada y el que cambia la plaza es la víctima. Por el resto es un hotel muy aconsejable.
