늦은 시간에 체크인 하다보니 직원이 없어서 자동체크인 기계를 이용해야 했습니다. 여권 준비하셔야 하고, 신용카드, 카드 비밀번호도 준비하셔야 합니다. 아파트는 방 2개에 널찍한 거실도 있어서 지내기 편안했습니다. 한국음식을 해 먹기 위한 도구가 없는 것들이 있어서 좀 불편했고(예를 들어 젓가락, 국그릇 등), 비누 샴푸 이런것 없으니 따로 준비하셔야 합니다. 그리고 청소는 일주일에 한번만 해 주는 것도 알고 가셔야 합니다. 청소는 하루에 10유로 내면 해 준다고는 하더군요. 청소를 일주일에 한 번 해 주니까 수건도 막 쓰시면 안 되죠. 큰 거 2개, 작은거 2개 있었습니다. 크리넥스 휴지도 없었네요. 이런 사소한 불편함은 인근에 있는 슈퍼에서 구비하거나 미리 준비를 해 가면 되는거고, 전체적으로 매우 만족했습니다. 와이파이도 잘 됐고 버스 지하철역도 5분거리에 다 있습니다. 호텔보다 가격도 저렴하고 좋았습니다. 바르셀로나 다시 가면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

The staff is very unkind. There is no one who help me to open the door. I think it's very difficult to use to Asian because using the machine, i should get the key and pay city tax. The problem is that there is no receptionist. i called service center and he said person will be from 9 A.M every morning but I wait the person until 9:30 but the person(receptionist) didn't come. I hate this apartment so I write my review for preventing damage.

Tout était parfait, qualité / prix et confort, l’emplacement, près du Métro et des épiceries.

It was a nice apartment, clean and tidy but there was no laundry as specified in the Expedia ad and the wifi didn’t work.

Easy to access property in walking distance of a few metro lines and tram. Also walking distance to restuarants and shops. Clean place, with amenaties and very comfortable for two friends.

The apartment was clean and in a great position. The only complaint was that kitchen items were very limited. They had a frying pan but no utensils to use in it. There were very limited and mismatched dishes. There was no one available to ask for any missing things

Geräumiges Apartment in einem schönen Viertel mit einigen Cafés und Restaurants. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Metro-Stationen, die in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Das Haus liegt an einer großen Straße. Einige Apartments liegen auf der Seite zur Straße, einige auch nach hinten in den Hinterhof. Im Hinterhof ist es ruhig und man hört die Straße nicht. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern erfolgt über eine Sprechanlage, der Check-in geht über einen Bildschirm. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Küche, bei uns hat der Kühlschrank allerdings leider nicht funktioniert. Außerdem gibt es ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, Balkon oder Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Insgesamt ist das Apartment ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber in einem guten Zustand. Positiv: Großes Apartment, gute Lage, Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants und Metro in der Nähe. Im Hinterhof ist es ruhig. Negativ: in unserem Fall war der Kühlschrank leider defekt, daher konnten wir die Lebensmittel nicht kühlen. Sonst ist die Küche auch eher mittelmäßig ausgestattet Insgesamt und abgesehen von den genannten Nachteilen würde ich das Apartment aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da die Vorteile überwiegen

A big apartment

The check in information we received through Hotels was wrong. In the listing and our booking information it said that the front desk was staffed from 13:00 until 19:00. When we arrived at 14:00 there was a sign on the door that said the front desk is open from 9:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Truly there is no front desk. There is an intercom that you use to talk to someone and they instructed you how to do a self check in which you need your booking number for. Your booking number is not your Hotels booking number it is different so I would recommend contacting the hotel after you do your booking and asking them for your booking number. If you do need help checking in or with anything you can call the front desk or WhatsApp them and they will send someone over from another building. Room could be cleaner there was mold in the shower.

Everything about this apartment is great except issues with check-in. Check-in was done through a machine located at the lobby. We did not have the reference number the machine asked for, so we had to call in to the property management for help. Also the scanner of the machine did not work and could not scan our passport info. We ended up manually typing in all of my passport info and that of my husband’s. Other than check-in, the apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The location is also convenient, a few minutes of walking to the metro station that will bring you to anywhere you want to go. Several grocery stores and markets were also nearby. Cafes, bakeries are all in walking distance. The apartment presents a great value for the money. We enjoyed our stay.

We have 4 people and rent a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. We received 3 small rolls of toilet paper. We asked for an additional one on the last day, but it was rejected. The explanation is they only provide additional paper for those who rent more than 5 days.

Extreme "No Frills" experience. It is an apartment complex. Mostly quiet and within a km of La Sagrada Familia. Neighbor hood appears safe with convenience stores and food places nearby. The issue is total experience vs. cost. The apartment is reasonably spacious with ONE bathroom. We couldn't get any content on the TV. We ignored it because we were mostly outdoors. Internet was VERY slow and unstable. It was only available in the living room. Could only support one or two devices at a time. There was no cleaning service, including taking out the trash for the entire duration of the stay. Even though the Expedia listing mentioned laundry facilities, we couldn't find them. No laundry within the apartment. If there was a laundromat in the building, we could not find it. Pillows were extremely thin and there were no extra pillows to compensate. Overall, this was a bare minimum experience. I am left with the impression that I should have picked a hotel instead of this apartment.

Sejour tres agréable il manquait quelle que ustensile de cuisine et des couverts. Mais sinon très bien situer 2 metro a proximité et pres de la sagrada.

Not recommended. The internet connection is literally non-existent, you can't even load a general web site, a simple search on google flights takes forever. Forget any work that you planned to do. I called the number provided for such purposes, listened to some nonsense about a router in a building, the essence of the response was "we won't do anything". It is a place run as cheaply as one can get away with. You communicate with a check-in machine and if anything goes wrong you are stuck waiting for someone to respond to you via an intercom machine on a wall who knows from where. If you are into these things - OK, but in all other cases stay in a place with some human interaction and an actually functioning Internet.

A wonderful apartment (Apt. 5.2) that was very clean and had a ton of room. I would stay there again. Check-in was a breeze.
