Excelente estancia para un familia. Zona tranquila, el hotel muy bien.

Restaurant was buffet style and above average. Staff was pleasant and helpful. AC in the room was underwhelming and non existent at some times causing me to awake in the middle of the night sweating. The rooms were clean and presentable.

If the very helpful Concha had not been at this hotel then the stay would have had a minus figure for a review. Concha’s hard work and conscientiousness was limited by the people around her. The reception desk was mostly helpful but some not: 1. On enquiry about the semi-inclusive option Nadia told me it was available only to group bookings. A later enquiry directed at another clerk explained the daily rate and minimum requirement of a 7 night subscription. 2. We had repeated issues with vegetarian meals - Nadia was short and unhelpful. Daily restaurant issues - unsuitable for vegetarian All standard options were for non-veg. I had to make a request every morning. 1. Some days I had just a salad. 2. Given a plate of uncooked bland tofu. 3. plant-based burger and other plant-based items with a few veg. 4. wraps with roasted vegetables and bland tofu but no seasoning whatsoever. 5. One day reception told me that it was not possible to cater for a vegetarian. 6. One good meal - lasagne It was very much a a luck of the draw on who was at reception and who was in the kitchen. Hotel Room -AC did not work (fixed on day 2) but very ineffective. The room was warm; no option to adjust the AC controls. Suitability for families? Kids club is seasonal. nothing for young children to do. If you have a car you could find activities; without a car you could easily spend Euro100 per day on taxi alone. Restaurant opens at 7.30pm - too late for young children.

Hotel bueno, cómodo entorno agradable, comida excelente

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, y en esta ocasión la experiencia no ha sido tan positiva como en las dos ocasiones anteriores. A nuestra llegada nos anunciaron que éramos los clientes VIP del día y tendríamos unas amenities en la habitación. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, había una bolsa de patatas fritas y una de almendras del minibar encima de una repisa, acompañadas de una carta de la Dirección del hotel. Esas eran las amenities por ser VIP. Habría sido mejor no hacer nada, la verdad. Al comunicarlo al responsable como feedback constructivo, tomaron nota, pero tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. La calidad del buffet ha bajado mucho. El tomate triturado era de lata a granel, la leche sin lactosa tenías que calentártela tú mismo en el microondas porque los camareros no servían nada en la mesa, y los productos sin gluten estaban todos metidos en una cesta a modo de revoltijo, abiertos y con papel de film como si fueran de uso particular. Una vergüenza para ser un Barceló de 4 estrellas. Al comentarlo al encargado del comedor, su respuesta fue: así es como se hace aquí. Y se quedó tan tranquilo. Cada vez que alguien de las habitaciones colindantes salía de su habitación, nuestras camas vibraban como si hubiera un terremoto. También lo comunicamos para que Mantenimiento revisara las puertas, pero nada se hizo al respecto. Las instalaciones están bien, y siempre fue un hotel agradable, pero claramente la dirección y gestión ha cambiado, y no está a la altura.

Hotel com ótima piscina, bom pequeno almoço com variedade e diversidade, localizado próximo da praia, acessível a pé. Próximo também de locais de interesse para alimentação, como supermercado, restaurante e café. Próximo também de área de serviço para abastecimento e lavagem da viatura.

Resort like hotel in a golf community proximal to the beach. Staff was helpful, parking is ample and easy.

There was no live entertainment at all.

Very Good hôtel confort and very Good service!

Disappointed that pools were closed. Needs some exterior maintenance. But all in all would refer to a friend

Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, buenas vistas al campo de golf y excelente atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel. Lo único malo es que el parking que estaba completamente vacío era de pago, un detalle que no nos gustó para una cadena de hoteles del nivel de Barceló. El desayuno tipo buffet tiene gran variedad y calidad

Me he alojado fue ra de temporada y el descanso está asegurado. Habitación super amplia con cama muy cómoda y 3 almohadas a elegir según gusto. Se ve todo muy nuevo En definitiva, togo genial y del 10

Camas muy cómodas, personal agradable, competente y resolutivo. Habitación espaciosa con terraza, tranquilidad (mitad de Octubre 2023). Las instalaciones geniales, puedes disfrutar de piscina, gimnasio, circuito termal (20€ x 90min). Servicios de restauración geniales.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Im Zimmer angekommen waren diverse Mängel vorhanden (Klospülung defekt, die Beleuchtung fiel aus, Betten bewegten sich hin und her da auf Rollen, Klimaanlage könnte nicht geregelt werden, etc.). Der „Front Desk“ war mitsamt das unfreundlichste und arroganteste das wir auf unsere 10 tägigen Reise getroffen haben und hat erst mit Nachdruck auf Beschwerden reagiert. Wir geben dieses Hotel definitiv keine 4 Sterne.
