바르셀로 푼타 움브리아 비치 리조트

Ein sehr schönes und weitläufiges Resort mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten (Außenpool, Fitnessraum, Restaurants, ...). Unser Aufenthalt in der ersten Oktoberwoche war perfekt mit Temperaturen bis zu 30 Grad und weniger Gästen als in der Hochsaison, so dass man sich keinen Platz am Pool erkämpfen musste. Auch der wundervolle Sandstrand mit wahnsinnig vielen Muscheln ist nur wenige 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und man kann ihn über befestigte Holzstege erreichen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension mit Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet mit wechselnden Speisen jeden Tag, die immer schmackhaft waren. Es wird nicht der letzte Urlaub hier gewesen sein.

Older property than expected compared to their neighbouring properties. Breakfast was great. Easy walk to a beautiful beach.

Hotel is so big but they cant handle all the peolple. Dining room is packed and noisy. The staff seems to be exhausted from all the people and they are not patient.( who can blame them...) If you wish to talk to reception you need to take a number at the machine...

Great property with friendly and helpful staff, very well located near the beach and in a peaceful area. It is a very big property and spotless clean everywhere, including the rooms, congrats to the efficiency of the cleaning team! The food in the buffet restaurants was good overall, with a nice variety but what I did not like was the noise, the crowds and the stress of the other guests in the restaurants during mealtime and the long lines sometimes to get a drink at the bar. Kids facilities and activities are great, my kids had a lot of fun (9 and 12 years old). Overall, I had a great experience!

Cumple todas las expectativas

Fiz uma viagem em casal em Agosto. Pagámos 400€ por dia com tudo incluído por um quarto duplo superior. Apesar de espaçoso o quarto não vale minimamente o preço pago. O minibar está completamente vazio apesar de ter pago tudo incluído, nem sequer tivemos água de cortesia no quarto. A utilização do cofre é paga como extra. O gel duche/shampoo não dá para usar, sai uma quantidade mínima. A cama é twin e tem rodas, vai mexendo durante a noite. A comida é buffet e apenas em horário pré definido aquando check in (tivemos almoço após as 14:45 e jantar após as 21:45). As bebidas são bastante más, com apenas 3-4 cocktails disponíveis e vergonhosos. Para acesso a mais bebidas é necessário pagar o serviço premium. O spa é piscina interior também é pago, apenas o ginásio é gratuito. As piscinas são ok mas quase todos os hóspedes têm crianças, o que faz com que não seja o ambiente ideal para viagens de casal ou para idosos. É muito difícil conseguir espreguicadeiras dado a grande lotação. A praia é a cerca de 5min a pé mas não tem qualquer concessão do hotel. Em suma, péssima relação qualidade-preço e apenas bom para viagens de família com crianças.

Ótimo hotel, próximo de praia marítima e com piscinas exteriores. Boa variedade de alimentos nas refeições incluídas na reserva; 4 restaurantes temáticos com comida típica das regiões representadas (Itália, América, Asiático e Espanha (local)). Quarto espaçoso e amplo com terraço com vista para as proximidades.

La bañera es altísima y poco accesible para niños o personas mayores. Los botes de champú y gel muy altos y sale muy mal el producto… muy incómodos esos detalles. Por lo demás, es un gran hotel con muchos servicios.

Estupendo para ir con la familia y tener un ratito para ti mismo. Tienen clubs para que los niños jueguen y tú puedas hace rostro tipo de actividades.

1. Once I got in bed, from day 1, I got dust mite allergy. I did not realise at start. Before the last night, I asked to see the manager who was not available. I was told he will call me back. The manager never did. 2. The Italian restaurant they operate is more like a food that does not demand much skill. Fruits are left in one area, yogurt in another, salad bar, cheese bar, overcooked food, bacon in a lot of food, not enough variety for vegetarians or vegans. I suggest for vegetarians and vegans to stay away from this hotel. The food is basic. For example, the tiramisu is not good and if I have to rate this on a scale of 10, I will give it “0”. The risotto was average or below average, the aubergine parmigiana was another joke, the aubergines were sliced between 3 to 4 cms thick, tasteless, as if prepared by a worst cafe chef instead of an Italian restaurant in a hotel. The food seemed to have been prepared by a below average Italian chef. I was told that I can arrange and suggest for some food for vegetarian but got completely ignored when requested. 3. Watch out before signing on order invoices in the Italian restaurant at the entrance. The lady welcoming you will get you to sign a blank order invoice even if you do not intend to order any drink. Check your bills before paying. This could be a fraudulent practice that I drew their attention on given I am an auditor of hotels and businesses!! 4. Lack of facilities: very limited. 5. Not welcoming for non-Spanish!

We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel.
