Everything is excellent, except that during the very very quiet night， you can hear the intermittent sound made by the plumbing tube and the wall. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top. I will come back again for sure if i ever needed to.

아파트와 룸 두종류의 타입이 있는걸 모르고 예약했어요. 아파트라고 생각하고 예약했는데 가보니 룸이어서 당황했지만 3박 내내 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 카탈루냐 광장에서는 조금 거리가 있지만 주변에 음식점도 많도 그라시아 메인 거리에 있어서 위치가 매우 좋았어요. 프론트에 있는 직원들 엄청 친절합니다. 다음에 오게되면 아파트로 다시 예약해서 오고 싶어요. I made a reservation without knowing that there are two types of apartments and rooms. I made a reservation thinking it was an apartment, but I was embarrassed because it was a room, but I stayed comfortably for 3 nights. It is a little far from Catalonia Square, but there are many restaurants nearby, so the location was very good because it was located on Gracia Main Street. The staff at the front desk are very kind. If I come here next time, I want to make a reservation for the apartment again.

The property had charm however looked nothing quite like the photos online. The room was extremely small and had no view of the city whatsoever. I requested the room with a balcony but only got a small Juliet balcony. The hallways were so narrow that we had to go one at a time and the other had to wait while we open the door each time. The hotel was clean but not as high end as it looked in the photos. It was very quiet neighborhood so good for those that appreciate that but overall I would take a generic hotel over this any day of the week. I don’t mean to be harsh but rather want an authentic review for the people at we were a little underwhelmed with this property

El personal es muy amable. El área donde está ubicado es de fácil acceso a la mayoría de las zonas turísticas de Barcelona. El apartamento es muy cómodo, solo que las duchas son muy pequeñas y el aire de la segunda habitación no se sentía muy frío. En lo personal tiene buena ubicación y comodidad.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. There was a lot of room for our 3 teens and us. The rooms were clean, modern and very well kept. Melisa, the manager who ran the front desk was amazing!! She was helpful and organized. Would definitely go back again.

Perfect location for exploring the city. The front desk staff were very helpful and making recommendations. So many shops and restaurants right out your front door. Lots of historical sites and transportation right at the front door. Barcelona is a fabulous Cosmopolitan city.

Perfectly placed apartment, super close to the Metro and the more traditional part of Barcelona, Gracia. So quick to reach all the usual, popular tourist spots via walking or the Metro. Reception were so friendly and extremely helpful in booking restaurant reservations and finding out about vegan options at one particular place we wanted to have a meal at. Communication via email and WhatsApp was fast and efficient. The apartment was amazing! Extremely spacious and had everything we needed. Fabulously comfy beds too after a busy day sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Our seat was it exceptional! We loved the property, the location and the staff were truly wonderful. Can't say enough good things about Nacha, Ramon & Melisa. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. We LOVED visiting Barcelona and they and Be Mate Passieg de La Gracia were a big reason why. Truly exceptional home away from home.

really helpful staff. modern room that was spacious with comfortable bed. Loved the complimentary espresso, fruit, and cookies to be enjoyed on the lovely rooftop patio. great location to sights and Diagonal metro stop. just know that this is not a traditional hotel and you would have to make arrangements if you have a late check-in.
