We're had a horrible experience checking in to thia property. The hotel sent us wrong/incomplete instructions on how to get to the hotel. The hotel It's in an area that is extremely hard to navigate due to road restriction but having wrong directions on how to get there made it a nightmare. I would stay away from this hotel and find something that is either easier to access or probides proper help. Ar some point they stopped answering our texts and we were left figuring this alone and ended up on thr wrong was on a very small street... never again...

Location is amazing and properly has character. We got upgraded to a 2 bed unit because the old one wasn’t cleaned properly. I would have preferred to have newer bedding and throw pillows, they look old. Other than that, its one of the best places to stay, the terrace they have is unbelievable

american visitors with Car , prepare for driving in stiff streets , and parking from property is in restricted aarea , you have to contact office , then ask instructions ( no iron to get your shirts ready) beside of thst ! Good place for after visiting castle , go out and walk for dinner !!

Place and location were great. Loved the terrace. The lady at the other Bibo Suites location on Plaza Nueva was very helpful. Only improvement would be some more kitchen pots/pans and a few more kitchen tools

My wife and totally enjoyed our 3 nights at Bibo Suites Oro Del Darro. It is truly a unique location and the apartment was completely decked out. Staff at the front desk and the check in was flawless. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods (yes!), super nice bathroom, bedroom and living room completed the apartment. I would only make 1 suggestion: update the pull out bed as when used as a couch, the cushions kept coming out. The location was amazing - cross the street and you're under the Alhambra. You can walk 15-20 minutes (UP) from the apartment to the Alhambra if you like. We had a rental car and we're given very precise instructions to drive through restricted roads. If you drive, please give the information requested (plate #, arrival time) in advance. We only made 1 bad turn, which was quite an adventure. Don't trust google!! We had a nice welcome gift from Bibo Suites. Oh, and there appear to be many Bibo Suites in Granada, so please find the right one - this one! You'll love it - what a great city and what a great place to stay.

Very kind, helpful employees. Beds were comfortable, the room was great, the location was great. We enjoyed the view of the Alhambra from the rooftop as well as our room. The only thing we didn't like was the late night noise. Very noisy outside way past midnight. Also, inside the building, we could hear people talking very loudly and it sounded like they were dragging furniture around and banging at 1am

It was all that we expected.

This was the most pleasant surprise! Excellent 2 bedroom apartment and the location meant just walk out the door and we were in the tourist hub!

El lugar es hermoso y muy limpio. Con hermosas vistas. De sueño Solo si traes vehículo mediano es complicado manejar para llegar porque las calles si muy angostas en esta zona.

We traveled several cities in Spain. Each place we stayed at was a let-down. But Bino Suites Oro del Darro was amazing. Really friendly staff, our check-in email got in on time, clean (and beautiful) apartment with amazing views (and ours did not have a terrace, but it was still beautiful. And, we had a clothes washer and dishwasher. I could not be more happy. Great location, even if getting a taxi is a bit of a hassle on Carrera del Darro, I would definitely come back here again. Loved it! Inly thing I would change is the call center - they never pick up during their office hours (I tried a few times on different days before 5pm Spain time and onky got through once). But once you get on the property, the staff on location really great.

Property was in a lovely location with fantastic views of the Alhambra. Staff on reception were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Apartments are large, modern and comfortable. Great location for Sacramento, Alhambra and Cathedral all within 15 mins walk.

The Suites are really comfortable and spacious and in an excellent location in the old town. However, a few things werent too good eg main switches were off so kitchen appliances and AC didnt work, cold water in shower (we had to use another apartment for a shower). But we could have accepted all these things, however we found the main Bibo customer services very rude. They refused to accept that the AC wasnt working and that the water wasnt cold. They said i hadnt highlighted this earlier, however the telephone in the room didn't work to contact them during the hours that the reception desk wasnt manned. If the attitudes of the customer service for the overall Bibo would be improved with the acceptance that things can be improved then this would be a really great place for a stay in central Granada.

Communication was great before we arrived. Knowing that we would arrive when no one was there, they wanted to make sure that we would arrive safely. We drove, so definitely follow THEIR directions. Google and apple maps don't take you the correct way. You enter into a blocked area that only vehicles with the okay can pass through. They took our license plate number which is how we got through. it was super crowded and the streets were narrow, so drive carefully. Parking was tight, but it worked out. Location was amazing. A cafe a few minutes down was great for breakfast (you can order ahead too) - avocado toast, smoothies, croissants, etc. Shopping, food, everything super close. Alhambra is just a steep walk up a hill on your left out the door. Took about 15 minutes. Perfect for our family of 5 (kids 15, 17, & 19). One issue we had when we arrived was that there wasn't enough towels for all 5 of us when we arrived even though i had 5 on our reservation. I texted the hotel, but since their is no receptionist until 10 the next morning, we didn't get our towels until then.

Had an amazing stay in the apartment. We travelled as 2 couples and found the layout and location perfect for a wonderful weekend.

An absolutely fantastic location once we got there, though driving was a bit harrowing! If you are driving make sure you pay close attention to the instructions from Bibo, and ensure that you pre-register your vehicle. Their instructions were excellent (google maps are of no use), but getting there was still a challenge! The area is great and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable...all in all a great experience.

Great location, contemporary and very comfortable living area. Views of the Alhambra out your window. Perfect walking location to all sites in Granada.

This apartment was in a great location, you looked across to the Alhambra but were also close to The Albaicin and a short walk down to the main town. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.
