Nichts für Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten. 3 Sterne halt, etwas abgerockt. Für mich für nen Kurztrip aber sehr ok

I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast!

We asked for a higher floor which was available but gave us the ground floor. There was actual dried in vommit on the sofa bed . There is no wifi in the rooms only at reception area which was no use to us . The room advertised was not the room we got thats why we picked yhe place. Staff were not interested in helping us so we made complaint to hotel.com but blue sea reception would refuse to speak to them . So we left a day early and as i handed over the room key at 4pm they said oh we were going to move you to better room but that felt more like they were just trying to be nice because other guests standing at reception . And the food was terrible

Góðan dag, veit ekki hvort ég las auglýsinguna ekki nógu vel, en hótelið er í brattri brekku og engin lyfta svo það er ekki auðvelt fyrir aldraða að komast úr efsta húsi niður í matsal í neðsta húsi það eru 105 þrep, eins og í 5 til 6 hæða húsi, íbúðin okkar var í lakari kantinum, hurð á baðherbergi að detta í sundur vegna vatnsskemda eins vatnsskemdir í eldhúsinnréttingu, vatnskassi á klósetti lak en var eitthvað lagaður eftir kvörtun, rúmin of hörð fyrir okkar skrokka, en stór plús að það voru bara nokkrir metrar í sundlaugina sem var næst okkur og notalegt að liggja þar, en mætti endurnýja bekkina oftar margir orðnir ansi lúnir, en annars bara ljúft

Nice location

Overall the place looks pretty and clean. First second in the room saw a cockroach, named him george, squirmed for an hour but never saw him again. Reception looks so pretty like a 5 star place but thats where it stays. I would give the place 3 stars. Furniture is very old. Food and drinks are basic butive stayed in worse

Amazing family stay at this hotel. For 3 stars it provides excellent facilities and staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Great ocean view from bar and restaurant and happened to be in our room aswell. 9 minute walk from nearest beach and even closer for excursions pick up point. Food was up to par for the price and overall definitely recommend. We'll be coming back

Le tout inclus était catastrophique. Le buffet du restaurant médiocre et le lieu pas attrayant du tout. Le service déplorable. Un seul bar et service exclusivement dans des gobelets. Des cafards un peu partout. A éviter

Le camere sono decisamente da ristrutturare, per un breve soggiorno va benissimo. L'acqua della piscina sarebbe da riscaldare. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ci sarebbe da ampliare selezione di dolci al mattino e magari mettere delle torte o qualcosa senza pan di spagna e panna che dopo due giorni diventa insopportabile. Il personale è molto gentile. Mi piace la gestione dei bicchieri con la cauzione che evita che vengano abbandonati per tutta la struttura. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto.

What I like is we had a good view from the window. They only cleaned our room once the entire week and we had no bath soap so we had to go to the store to get some. We even asked them to fill the bath soap but they didnt.

Leider war die Unterkunft sehr schlecht. Auch für ein 3SterneHotel kann man Sauberkeit und intakte Zimmer erwarten. Die Außentoiletten sowie auch die gesamte Anlage sind mehr als renovierungsbedürftig!!! Das Zimmer war groß, aber definitiv Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war nicht hilfbereit. Das Essen war einfach schlecht! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter. Ich bin Travelexperte und Reisebüroinhaber und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Das Management war einfach unfähig die Probleme zu beheben.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ready to soak up some Tenerife sunshine while brushing up on your Spanish? This hotel is the place! The staff are incredibly friendly and even appreciated my enthusiastic attempts to practice Spanish. "Puedes llamarme un taxi?" was met with smiles and a taxi 5 minutes later. The apartments are spacious, with balconies large enough to throw a small party. The bathroom facilities were unexpectedly modern, and the shower was wonderfully powerful. Now, about the ceiling fan—a little underwhelming, spinning slower than a curious turtle. So keep a handy fan close by if you tend to run hot. And don’t be surprised if you find yourself doing a bit of floor sweeping upon arrival. Socks beware! Parking out front requires some moderate skills in zen, but if you're willing to take a stroll through a neighboring lot (hello, exercise), the street behind is a good bet. The all-inclusive dining offers a decent variety. The meats and perfectly seasoned fish were my personal favorites, with plenty of salad and rice options. Drink portions follow the mantra that good things come in small packages. Thankfully, meal times (including breakfast if you’re so inclined) offer self-service beer and wine, a lovely touch for all the thirsty travelers. All in all, despite a bit of amateur housekeeping needed upon arrival, this place charmed me to plan another stay. It's excellent value, close to Adeje for a night out (€18 taxi) and is in a nice quiet town. Will be staying again :)

Hôtel très sympa, piscine très cool , Points négatifs : les logements pourraient être remis un peu à neuf , pas de climatisation, douche ancienne dans la baignoire , petite salle de bain , matelas dur ou l’on sent trop les ressorts , petit oreiller Points positifs: vue magnifique, belle petite cuisine , beaucoup de rangements , placards

-Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. -Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced. -No air conditioning -I wouldn’t recommend going all inclusive definitely not worth the money! Breakfast, lunch and dinner was shocking! We only had dinner one evening out the 6 we was there! - Limited to alcohol even when you’re all inclusive, they never make you aware when booking that you have to pay for branded beer or sprites. -Stated evening entertainment but there was none! NOT even allowed to laugh on your balcony after 11pm other wise they threaten you with the police! Lost count how many times the security guy threatened us! They was even shining there touches through our window in the evening because we was having fun laughing with friends in our own room not bothering anyone! - we didn’t feel comfortable with the cleaners coming into our room everyday due to past bad experience so put ‘DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door but the cleaners still entered our room!

Had a pool straight outside my room and lots of nice restaurants around complex for dining out in the evening. Beach was a five minute walk away.
