Great hotel... As others have said, the rooms and decor are a bit dated, but not to an extent that it affects the overall enjoyment of the hotel. The only other slight downside is a lack of diversity and selection on the food and the usual issue of bar staff deciding to "overlook" Brits waiting at the bar, in favour of locals who arrive after! Location is great, outside of the centre enough to be quiet and only 5 or 6 euros in a taxi to the centre of town. Stunning views of Mount Teide! Pool is lovely, as is the Spa. The staff (apart from most bar staff) are lovely and very welcoming and happy to help. In fact, the staff really make the stay all the better and more than make up for the minor negatives most people mention.

Staff was very quick to help. Food was delicious and varied. Many places outside the room to hang out. Coffee was weak and rooms were a bit cold. Staff was quick with extra blankets and a space heater. Gym did not open until 10 am. Earlier would have been better.

Nice and quiet resort

Das Hotel hat Potenzial. Es ist authentisch eingerichtet und der Umgebung super angepasst. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war okay, es ist grundlegend sauber, jedoch nicht hervorragend. Nachdem unser Zimmer gemacht wurde, konnte man leider noch Altreste sehen, als wenn einmal kurz durchgewischt wurde. Die Betten waren okay, für uns das Kissen zu klein und das Bett zu hart, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und das war sein Geld überhaupt nicht wert. Alles hat leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, war schon kalt, trocken, schmeckte mehlig. Also leider qualitativ sehr schlecht.

Nice basic family hotel. Room a bit tired and very basic. Noisy a/c in room. Buffet style restaurant, food nice but not a lot of variety. Nice freshly cooked omelette at breakfast. Very small carpark, charged us 10 Euros per night. Long walk to town centre and sea front. Taxi about 8 euros each way. Very nice spa with pools, sauna and steam room. Hot and cold showers and cold plunge pool. Treatments available if you pre-book.

The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin.

Excellent hotel for a break for the UK Quality food - possibly too much (!), pleasant bar staff and fun entertainers who run activities for children & adults as well as providing evening entertainment. Housekeeping was superb - absolutely fantastic service.

Hôtel qui est resté dans un passé lointain...mais avec des équipements qui portent meur âges . Le restaurants nest pas non plus au niveaux Un 4 etoiles qui n'en vaut pas plus de 2 aujourd’hui

Hôtel vieillissant, mais le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les buffets est copieux et correct. Nous avions pris la demi pension donc les boissons ne sont pas comprises il faut payer 3€/personne et par repas pour boire autre choses que de l’eau. Les lits sont fait tous les jours ou presque mais les draps ne sont pas changés systématiquement. La salle de bain était en mauvais état, vous mettez les serviettes dans la baignoire pour qu’on vous les change mais on vous en remet que la moitié. En résumé hôtel correct.

Clean and tidy, nice pool, breakfast decent.... Peurto De La Cruz really nice little place and not so many tourists...

Decent service. Great view from the room. Food was okay, not great. Rooms not very well maintained. Hotel feels very tired.

L’hôtel est correct, la piscine et le spa sont propres mais opérationnel. Par contre français et italien ne prenaient pas le All inclusive. La bouffe est mangeable que par des anglais. Pour le spa c'est 18€ par séance et les cocktails simple comme pina coloda et mojito ne sont pas compris dans le prix et ne sont fait que vendredi et le samedi soir.

Ich fand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir checkten absolut kurzfristig ein und es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Das Frühstück war üppig und von allem genügend da. HP und All In kann ich genauso wenig bewerten wie die Nutzung der sonstigen Anlage. Diese könnte sicherlich etwas renoviert werden, aber wir waren eigentlich nur zum Schlafen da und es war alles sauber. Die Lage fand ich super ruhig. Wer einen Parkplatz benötigt, könnte ohne da stehen. Auf Nachfrage, wo man denn sonst parken könnte, außer auf dem vollen Hotelparkplatz, vernahm ich leider nur ein Schulterzucken. Aber nach einigen Runden konnte man dann, 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, gute Möglichkeit finden. Ich könnte mir insgesamt vorstellen, dort noch einmal zu übernachten.

We had no issues with the property however still felt it was not a 4 star. Food was limited and poor standard. Hotel is dated.

Super vétuste, pas de spa, mensonges Tellement c’est vétuste, il y a deux prises pour quatre personnes lit enfant, alors qu’on est trois adultes ils étaient au courant

The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. There was a little bit of a language barrier, which we didn’t expect, because we knew Tenerife is a popular holiday destination for many, but the staff were lovely, in particular one of the ladies, whose name I didn’t unfortunately get, who was very helpful and patient when I was putting my poor Spanish skills into practice. There was good entertainment during the day and in the evening. Dani was great and made us laugh many times. It is a hotel with great potential, but still with some work to be done, as it is so far from centre of town, they have the difficult task to make sure most of what one might need on their holiday is provided and they seem to be going in the right direction (there were some repairs being done during our stay). We would love to return in a few years time to see how they’ve grown.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft Essen in Ordnung Balkon war ein liebloser Raum für Raucher .

Man sieht dem Hotel an, dass es mal sehr schön gewesen ist. Leider ist alles sehr verwohnt und der Garten ist nicht mehr vollständig begehbar. Wir haben Kakerlaken in unserem Zimmer entdeckt. Eklig. Die Betten von meinem Mann und mir waren unterschiedlich hoch. Auf dem Balkon gib es lose Fliesen. Eine Matratze war eine alte Federkernmatratze auf der Mann beim liegen jede Feder spürte. Das Personal ist teilweise freundlich. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus vom Hotel in die Stadt und wieder zurück. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
