Very clean and tidy with friendly staff. The only thing that lets it down was the food

Very pleasant and formal all the staff, mutuals in the pick-ups and departures of the activities during the experience, the catamaran facilities very well, as an opportunity to improve the experience, if after the food that there is that space until the starting oven activities should be done which generate integration and is a unique experience

Staff are very good it's clean needs updating food is very bad chicken and pork every day overcooked and inedible snack bar charges 1 euro deposit for a plastic glass would not go back

Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully booked, but I was very impressed with how they handled it & with the wonderful staff in general. I would not hesitate to use this lovely hotel again.

Nice hotel with nice people, not a huge choice but tasty food.

The rooms are very dated and the beds are hard . Pool area ok but as in other hotels very cold . The food is adequate and the all inclusive is like other hotels locals spirits

the room is cleaned every two days, old and moldy furniture, the food was either very salty or without salt. the price-quality ratio that the hotel boasts is a lie. it is a disaster. very cold in the room at night and there is no way to heat the room. we also found cockroaches in the dining room.

Essen ungenießbar, hatten Halbpension, missten aber leider außerhalb Essen gehen. Appartement nicht sauber und stark Renovierungsbedürftig. Immer gutes Gefühl gehabt, vom Appartement weg zu sein! Nie wieder

Dirty, cold rooms, very old and damaged furniture, window curtains excessively dirty with paint, refrigerator door dirty with food, tiles in the bathroom with grout between the joints, cobwebs that were not removed even if I notified the reception. Cockroach in the dining room at the restaurant. For those who wish, I can send corresponding photos. Disappointing to have such accommodation through Hotels.com.

My stay was amazing , staff were great all around and the food was good. Thanks to everyone.

Tres bon sejour, hotel tres sympa.

We stayed here on a 4 day trip, 2 adults, Thursday - Monday Room has no air conditioning and had a whiff of sewer.. Food is awful and is often cold, even when the restaurant has just opened. Food is repeated for 3-4 meal times in various forms The sunbeds are locked until 10 - however they are unlocked about 9.45 or so.. but in lieu of sunbeds being reserved the chairs from the pool bar are moved into the spots people want and then exchanged for sunbeds when they're unlocked.. other guests had complained to reception about the quality of the food and were told that there are restaurants a short walk from the hotel if they didn't like the food. The evening entertainment is twice a week on Sunday and Thursday - again this may be because we are just out of season but on the evenings in between there is bingo, but this is paid at €5 each. The pool bar looks nothing like pictures that appear on the booking sites.. they serve a couple cocktails but there is nothing saying about them, we had to ask.. the snacks are rolls made from the ones that were out for breakfast and a few pastries, also from breakfast - and once they're gone they're gone. Pictures on the booking site are dated add lie hotel does not look like this any more. Sorry to say we won't be returning

la relación calidad precio es muy buena, Buena base para conocer la isla y Costa Teguise tiene buenas playas en minutos. se aparca fácil. yo desconecté la nevera por el ruido que hacía, deberían revisarlo. También el ruido infernal del tostador del pan en el comedor. la comida es muy mejorable, pero en relación con el precio.

Good price but most guests on all inclusive and making the most of inclusive alcohol. Lots of groups. Pool was rammed, never managed to get a space so went out every day. Cooking facilities and equip very limited. Staff ver nice, helpful and polite. Rarely cleaned tables in bar and pool bar. Would I stay again, probably not

We really liked are stay. Obviously weather helped. Apartments big and spacious. English channels when ye need a break from the sun. Kitchen abit dated but did the job. Cleaners and a staff very friendly and keep the complex very clean. Drinks cheap. Really enjoyed are stay and would stay again.

This is a very basic hotel with nothing good about it at all. Very rough and feels very dated. The food was absolutely terrible, there were flies flying all over the salad bar. Beds hard as rock and very uncomfortable. I’d give it one star. Don’t waste your money.
