Well .... if you dont have to stay here ....DON'T! Returned today after a last minute week away! Honest review.... • cleaning of rooms - does not exist! Bathroom- A splattered cochroach was on the wall of the bathroom and stayed with us the entire week. The shower curtain ..... YUK, Yellow, smelly and very dirty! I dont thi k the bathroom had been cleaned at all before our stay or during our stay. Bedroom - musty and old, uncomfortable twin beds pushed together! Someones else's blood left on the wall, again for the entire length of our stay, and by looking at it, its been there a long time. Kitchen - chipped sharp dangerous floor tiles. To open the fridge you had a wardrobe handle !!! The pole holding the kitchen island (lol) up had some questionable white dirty lumps! Combined living room - dirty, smelly. A cochroach we killed with the spray left for us, remanded under the sofa for 4 days, despite the maid having been in the room! The spoors and dirt all around the skirting boards were just disgusting. There was no air conditioning at all, we hired a fan which was €2.50 a day, which done absolutely nothing! It just moved the musty smell around. The grounds - the staff worked hard to keep these clean. The pool area !! was machined washed every morning. The pool itself, looked nice, but it was dirty, tiles missing, mould growing. So slippery and dangerous. No balls were allowed in the pool! I have so much more to say, but have run out of space.

Le doy un 8 de 10. Me parecio un lugar bien ubicado, la limpieza me parecio buena, fue yodo invluido y la comida empezo siendo mala y fue mejorando de apoco,

Sisäänkirjoittautuminen hiukan hankalaa kun olisi pitänyt olla printattu voucher. Lopulta onnistui sähköpostivahvistuklsella. Muuten majoituspaikka ihan ok.

Prisvärt. Centralt beläget. Hotellet är en budget anläggning. Ganska trista rum. Fint pool område. Tillräcklig med solstolar! Bra frukost okej middag, otroligt trista efterrätter. Personalen i restaurangen log eller hälsade inte en gång på 5 dagar. Skicka dom på en service kurs!

This was our second stay at Blue Sea Jandia Luz and it is every bit as good as last year. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds and good food. The pool is nice too. Entertainment which is only once a week was not not very good this time. Would certainly recommend.

A fuir absolument. Par où commencer ? La chambre au bord d’une 2x2 voies au passage incessant ? L’eau marron dans la douche qui impose de se doucher sur la plage ? La nourriture abominable et froide ? L’absence d’animations, de club enfant ou simplement d’aire de jeux (en état délabré donc inutilisable) ? Le tout inclus avec des suppléments ? Les 3 biscuits secs en guise de collation au goûter ? La même lavette violette dégoûtante pour laver les tables du repas (toutes les tables et sans la rincer entre 2) ? Bref… notre pire expérience en hôtel.

Struttura da rinnovare: - fuori carina ma dentro vecchia e non adeguata agli standard attuali -cibo scandaloso idoneo solo a tedeschi o inglesi senza alcun riguardo per altre clientele. Scelta bassissima troppi avanzi e sempre e solo pollo e maiale. Solo una sera prodotti tipici canari per il resto sempre tutto uguale. Piatti e salse molto spesso che di nome richiamano i piatti italiani ma non sono nulla di tutto ciò; -piscina da rivedere piccola e ormai datata -il tutto incluso non è proprio tutto incluso; -insostenibile senza aria condizionata infatti affittano ventilatori per guadagnarci perché sanno che le stanze sono caldissime.

Alojamiento bastante viejo, aunque limpio y con buena ubicación. La cocina deja mucho que desear, no hay casi nada ni productos para limpiar. Estuvimos cuatro noches y la última ya no había gel de ducha porque no lo habían repuesto.

Hôtel très bien placé avec les commerces et la plage à quelles mètres .le personnel est très sympa. Seul bémol notre chambre était près d'une soufflerie donc beaucoup de bruit.

Si necesitas ventilador o secador , lo alquilan , lo nunca visto ! Poca variedad de comida , y la q hay , horrible ! Platos en el comedor a medio limpiar , y una chica , q está por la zona de recepción, muy muy delgada y con pelo negro , muy borde , muy desagradable tratando al cliente como si se le perdonase la vida ! Los domingos no limpian , ni ponen cosas de aseo , xq libra el personal ! Flipo ! Resumiendo! Se le caen las estrellas por todos lados ! Nada recomendable! Cómo único dato positivo, la señora gallega y otra niña rubita , muy muy agradable! Tb un chico alto con el pelo negro , del comedor ! De resto , PÉSIMO

Me he hospedado varias veces y la verdad que no cumplieron ninguna de nuestras peticiones. La comida es regular y repetitiva. Lo peor es que no tienen ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Lo bueno es su tranquilidad y ubicación frente a la playa.

Todo muy bien

Un alojamiento muy deteriorado, sin aire acondicionado, no cambiaron ni toallas ni sábanas, las bebidas en el pool bar muy básicas y escasas. El buffet repetitivo y básico El personal del hotel muy amables. Y profesionales.

El apartamento en si estaba bastante bien, amplio, y muy cerca de la playa aunque no fuera primera linea, el unico fallo que en 3 dias de estancia no nos hicieron la limpieza ni el cambio de toallas.

Sehr freundliches Personal- bisschen länger an Rezeption gewartet - aber sicher auch corona geschuldet- alles gut! Komme sicher wieder wenn’s sich’s ergibt- und empfehle den Standort weiter.
