Overall, the hotel was good. The room was clean. Small maintenance is need, the lock on the patio doors didn’t work and the door to the room would intermittently fail to lock. The breakfast had good variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I went half-board at this hotel. Room itself was spacious and had a wonderful view. TV was large and had HDMI ports, which was also very convenient. The sofa turns to a bed which is also a nice touch. Room is relatively modern and had all the facilities needed. Staff were polite and helpful, but I would have preferred if I were informed earlier that half-boarders can only access water during dinner. It would have saved an awkward conversation. However, that is only a minor nitpick. Food itself was okay - nothing incredible but it was well-cooked and tasted good. Hotel was clean and in a good location - easy to catch a bus to where we need to go. Not bad at all for the cost. Might consider again if I go back to Tenerife.

Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel en janvier pour fuir la grisaille et le froid Français. Accueil charmant , tout à été fait pour me satisfaire !

Très heureux d’avoir été logé au dernier étage comme souhaité ! Hôtel très calme, bien situé, personnel attentionné. Seul bémol : petit déjeuner très ordinaire : croissants industriels rassis , pas de variété dans la charcuterie basique.. et repas des midi et soir juste moyens. Mais un rapport qualité / prix imbattable pour cette catégorie 👌

The hotel was better than I expected. Nice pool (shame it shut at 6 as was too early), good all inclusive drinks, food was ok some nights better than others lunch was best. Staff seemed polite.

Servicio de limpieza EXCELENTE

After reading the reviews of the hotel I was very apprehensive but the reality exceeded. The hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely staff who work all day and evening. Unless you’re expecting pizza and nuggets every lunch and evening meal then yes you won’t be happy with food, but we found the food great (from two non fussy eaters). Plenty of variety and I think something for everyone. All inclusive beer was Sam Miguel and it was the proper thing unlike a lot of other all inclusive hotels that give watered down/non alcoholic beer. Cocktails were good, although only negative despite what time of the day it’s all served in reusable plastic cups. Deffo would return!

Freundliches Personal

Sehr nettes und gut geführtes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Team. Tolle Lage, Bus (fast) und parken direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war gut, Abendessen naja (aber geschmackssache). Gibt genug gute Restaurants in der Nähe wenn man ausweichen möchte. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis Leistung, super!

The room was spacious and clean, but 'tired', the wasbasin was chipped and the sofa was torn. The main issue was with the dining experience, the 'restarant' reminded us of a 1980's Eastern European eatery! The staff were constantly noisily laying tables for the next meal, often removing our half eaten meal if we left the table to get a drink. The tables were far too close together and in regimented rows like in a canteen, and the food was generally of poor quality. I am happy to say in over 60 years living in England, i have never had an English sausage like the one in was served at breakfast today! There was no coffee or tea available except at breakfast time, and for those of us who enjoy cheese and biscuits with a glass of wine after a meal, cream crackers and grated'mouse trap' cheese is a poor substitute. The dining experience is not what we would expect from a 4 star establishment.

Arrived at 9.30pm just after the restaurant had closed but was told if we want to go to our room then come back in 30 mins they would arrange some cold meat and salad to eat. Very good service. Hotel rooms are lovely and big and we upgraded to a sea view for an extra €70 for the week. It was lovely to wake up to such an amazing view everyday. Food was typical all inclusive fare and yes we sometimes a bit cold but was sufficient to find something at every meal time. Staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. Lovely cocktails in the bar especially the Blue Sea cocktail. Nasko, who did the entertainment, is a very charming young man and does his best to entertain. Would definitely return again as had a lovely relaxing holiday in the sun.

Huone oli iso ja tilava, mutta kulunut. Huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa keittiön yläpuolella. Tästä johtuen keittiöstä kantautuvat kovat äänet, varsinkin ihmisten, olivat häiritseviä. Myös keittiön käryt tulivat suoraan huoneeseen. Huoneen varustelu oli surkea.Ei mitään. Ei edes yhtään juomalasia. Siisteys oli hyvä. Huone oli pimeä, aurinko paistoi runsaan tunnin aamulla terassille.Oli hotellissa parempiakin huoneita, kävi vain huono tuuri ,että tämä osui kohdalleni. Valaisimia oli kiusallisen vähän. Aamiaisessa voisi olla vähän vaihtelua. Kaksi viikkoa täsmälleen sama kattaus!!

Está bien situado sin tener ruido de carreteras, es un sitio limpio y tranquilo. Lo que menos me gustó fue la comida: monótona y repetitiva.

A good hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, food with excellent choice!

Tout était bien propre, on a bien mangé, calme, agréable

wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Worst 4* hotel ever.
