보타닉 아파트먼트

An excellent, clean small apartment. I only wish that they didn't use WhatsApp for their main communication. Also they could highlight /link it to the apps. web site. Luckily I had installed it a long time ago but NEVER used it. But our check in issue was resolved when we were able to get them by phone. The noise issue was that there was some construction work going on just down the street...not their fault The manager, Gizem was cordial, understanding and helpful I would recommend this facility.

The apartament was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Everything was great but it seemed a little unsafe and it was hard to park. Turns out there is a near by Parking At the food Market So we ended up having snacks there.

The location is good. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and we stayed for 5 nights. We had a total of 4 large and a 2 small towels for our whole stay. The property didn’t have a laundry. I messaged the property to request more towels and never get the towels or an answer so we had to buy the towels. The property has a 2 A/Cs but none of them the temperature isn’t controllable. The property has a loft with an extra room but it’s not under the air conditioner and it’s useless since it’s a 100F over there all the time. We travel a lot and spend time in many apartments and hotels. This was by far the dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed in.

- The house keeping staff was very friendly. - Upfront check in was very comfortable - excellent location - good key exchange (very pragmatic) - good to reach bypublic transport - Disadvantage: communication is requested by WhatsApp messanger - we are not using this, have mentioned this several times, but the "customer service" referred to it

We liked that the apartment is undergoing major renovations and they are doing a fairly good job about it, but the furnishings need updating as well. The kitchen is well appointed, although we did not use it. The location makes it suitable to visit anywhere on foot; restaurants, the beautiful botanic garden, and even the train station is reachable by walking, unless one is laden with excessive luggage. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

La struttura si trova abbastanza vicino al centro storico e non molto distante da un grande centro commerciale. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto sporco e mal tenuto. Altra pecca l'assenza totale di rapporto umano, si comunica con la proprietà solo tramite msg WhatsApp. Gli spazi dell'appartamento sono buoni, ma visto il resto non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei.

Foto vom Pass per WhatsApp, sonst kommt man nicht rein. Auf der Seite stand bezahlen an der Rezeption, in Bar oder per Maestro möglich. Es gibt aner keine Rezeption.

This property could be absolutely ideal, but it feels as though they have put the bare minimum into this place. Lovely central location. We didn’t have a kettle or toaster. We never had a spatula or a knife. The plug in the sink didn’t work. The batteries for the TV were dead. They provided us with a kettle and a knife, and a few other kitchen utensils, after we inquired. When we were walking downstairs in the same building, we saw a bunch of stuff outside another apartment and I commented to my wife that I bet you that stuff is coming up to our apartment. Sure enough. Again, it feels like they are investing the bare minimum in this apartment

A great little apartment in Valencia and only about 10-15 minutes walk away from the centre. There was lots of space, it was clean and had basically all the amenities we needed.

Excelente lugar, bien ubicado y comodo

I have been trying to amend the date for over 3 months and have struggled to get a reply. I had to cancel due to injury and wanted to revise the date as the hotel would not refund my money. They have been very difficult to deal with and Expedia has not really helped me get a decent response from them. Once they had my money, they were no longer interested in engaging with me once they saw that I was tryin to change the date.

Everything was perfect.

Esta vez fue para una estancia corta con mi familia fue práctica la comunicación con la empresa responsable, bastante limpio comodidad a la hora de pedir cuna y super amables me deje una pertenecía y me llamaron enseguida. Repetiremos!!
