Great location, well designed rooms, good vibes, peaceful with fantastic staff.

Very good service and the Staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to every place you need to go. The parking cost but there are free one in 10 min walking distance beside the street.

Lovely hotel but no food or drink facilities between breakfast and late afternoon. Poor WiFi. Doesn’t connect.

Lovely hotel, all staff excellent, position ideal. Disappointed with breakfast, items that should be served hot were only tepid.

Mostly excellent apart from the online check in.

Loved the hotel but they use the upper bar area for parties for non residents. They are partying on your ceiling and noise of loud thumpy music. High heals stomping on floors and and then noisy cleaning up went on until midnight.

Parking is conveniently located just 5 minutes away at a paid lot (€10/day). The hotel itself could easily be a 5-star property—rooms are spacious, featuring high ceilings, designer amenities, and intricate colonial-inspired decor. The refurbishment has been done beautifully, making it feel like staying in a treasure cove. The staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. However, a few aspects fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lower-quality ingredients, more fitting for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast area was often crowded due to limited seating. Additionally, while the rooftop terrace has great potential, it feels unfinished and lacks atmosphere or charm. Overall, this is a stunning hotel in a prime location, but improving the breakfast and rooftop experience could elevate it to the next level.

Muy agradable, limpio y tranquilo. Tomaron muy en cuenta mi dieta especial sin gluten a la hora del desayuno. Volvería si me encuentro en Las Palmas.

Det första jag måste ge stor utmärkelse till var incheckningen, där vi blev bemötta av Rakel i receptionen. Underbart bemötande och otroligt service inriktad. Gav bra information om hotellet samt restauranger värt att besöka. Rummet var otroligt fräscht och med snygg inredning. Sängen var otroligt skön att sova i!

Excelente place , beauty place and nice arquitecture for that one have a 10 point.

The room was lovely and grand. The hotel has history and pretty architecture. Classy rooms. Receptionists were nice and informative. They gave us welcome drink on the roof. However, the dining area is closed all day, it is only used for breakfast. There is no room service or food, you have to eat out. no microwave in the hotel to even heat up any food you may have brought home. If you need anything (i.e cutlery or iron) you have to go down and get it yourself. No parking at the hotel, you have to pay and park at an external parking lot which was not mentioned. It is a nice place if all you are looking for is a room and a rooftop to have drinks.

Veldig bra historisk hotell med unik beliggenhet. Enkel frokost, men det er masse spisesteder et par minutters gange fra hotellet, der man får kjøpt en solid frokost for en grei pris.

Hotel was lovely and situated in a stunning location. Our room was spotless and cleaned to and extremely high standard daily. We had a very small patio which was shared with other rooms, however we didn’t need it as we made use of the Rooftop mezzanine bar which was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast room was a lovely setting also. All staff were very polite and helpful. Only thing to fault was the room was quite small and the hotel weren’t very accommodating with toiletries and milk for making beverages in the room.
