Great location for shopping history and restaurants. All staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful building

Central location for the old city...comfortable bedroom perhaps a little dark. Well didn't have the breakfast bit it looked okay. Parking for this hotel is the major issue if arriving bye car..as they may or may not have discount parking tickets

Staff were very friendly and gave us great food recommendations! Our superior room was faultless - even down to the shower gel! Location was fantastic- easy walk to the old town sights and to nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Lite plass for oppbevaring av klær og utstyr på rommet, kunne gjerne vært et større bord enn det bittelille. Mye bråk fra skolen vegg i vegg i 8-tiden.

Wonderful staff, great location

I didn't like our room, 310. I had requested a corner room to have a window but this was an internal room over the breakfast area. The smell of cooking always came into the room and also the noise. Surprised they state this is a superior room. The room was also very dark. The actual building is historic and interesting.

Bra hotell. Kunne med fordel vært bedre belysning på rommet. Frokost på hotellet er altfor dyr i forhold til utvalg. Her er det mye bedre å spise på et av de mange lokale spisestedene et par minutter fra hotellet.

Great location, well designed rooms, good vibes, peaceful with fantastic staff.

Very good service and the Staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to every place you need to go. The parking cost but there are free one in 10 min walking distance beside the street.

Mostly excellent apart from the online check in.

Loved the hotel but they use the upper bar area for parties for non residents. They are partying on your ceiling and noise of loud thumpy music. High heals stomping on floors and and then noisy cleaning up went on until midnight.

The refurbishment has been done beautifully, making it feel like staying in a treasure cove. The staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. However, a few aspects fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lower-quality ingredients, more fitting for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast area was often crowded due to limited seating. Additionally, while the rooftop terrace has great potential, it feels unfinished and lacks atmosphere or charm. Overall, this is a stunning hotel in a prime location, but improving the breakfast and rooftop experience could elevate it to the next level.
