It has been a nice accomodation, the place was comfortable, and the room as well. It had a very useful shared kitchen and a balcony. It is closed to the city center and close to the supermarket, so very good location. Only negative thing was the toilet, the pipes were a bit locked so the water of the sink struggled to flow and it created a bad smell.

Rent rum med tilhørende privat terrasse. Fremragende køkken facilitet til rådighed for gæster. Nem adgang og god beliggenhed. Natte roligt kvarter.

Durante toda la estancia había un fuerte olor a cañerías en la habitación, que no se iva por mucho que abrieras las ventanas.

Muy limpio y acogedor

Como llegué de noche no habia nadie, tienen horario te atención hasta las 19hrs, ni un vaso desechable en el baño, sin ascensor.

Estupenda, pero es una pena que el agua se salga de la ducha, porque se estropea el suelo. Por la mañana desayunamos y había leche, café etc y dispones de todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios.

Lo recomiendo

El sitio está muy nuevo y con lo necesario para pasar unos días en una ubicación cercana al centro de Almería. Camas, cómodas, habitaciones coquetas, algo pequeñas pero bien. Dispone de una cocina de uso común para todas las habitaciones, con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas. Solo destaco cómo negativo la poca insonorización que tienen las habitaciones, parecía como si compartiera cama como los huéspedes de al lado. Y por favor, el regulador de apagado de luces de la cocina se apaga cada 15 segundos. Hay que estar haciendo gestos bruscos para que te detecte y no se apague. Parkings cercanos de pago, ya que hacerlo en la calle es complicado.

Hotel bien situado y en general todo muy bien, pero no me parece que a partir de las 7 de la tarde nadie conteste, puedes necesitar algo y hasta la mañana siguiente nadie atiende.

Habitaciones de buen tamaño y completas, el baño también muy bien. Con ventanas que daban a la calle y aire acondicionado. En la zona se puede aparcar y es tranquila para el descanso.

This is not an apartment as advertised and very mid-leading; - There is no microwave, stove or fridge in the room as advertised, a main reason for booking - We left food in the communal fridge overnight on one occasion and the food was taken - This seems a location for airline employees as it seems many people come and go every day and being in the room next to the entrance, we heard it throughout the night - Site also seems to use a pump for the water supply which resulted in a loud ‘gusty wind’ noise whenever a tap or toilet was used. This meant disrupted sleep every night - Site is not secure as a very predictable security code is used to gain access to building and subsequent rooms, massive fail on sites side - We knew the site was unmanned when booking but when using the given contact number to raise concerns, we were fobbed off and hung up on numerous times

Good value for a city centre

Great B&B, very close to centre of town, Alcazabar and a few tapas bars. Arrival is all key codes for building and room entry. These are given via email etc. Room we had was very good, two windows. Was very nice. We only stayed the one night but would use in the future. Breakfast was very good, toast, juice and coffee, all tasty to start the day. There numerous shops not far from the b&b. The train/bud station is about a mile from the place. We walked but there are buses which would stop not far from the b&b. Some of the local tapas bars are very good, the Alcazabar is not far up the hill and is s great place to view the city from. Entry is free but there are quite a few stairs going upto it. Would recommend the b&b, 😁😁

Great place and modern set up but thin walls mean you can hear EVERYTHING !!!

Limpio y el personal de servicio muy amable y servicial.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite, sauber und ordentlich. Manko, keine Parkmöglichkeit für Autos! Musste 100€ multa bezahlen, wegen falschem parken. Nur für Übernachtungen geeignete. Liegt mitten in der Stadt. Strandpromenade 30min zu Fuß.
