Todo fue muy bien

A purpose-rebuilt flat in a purpose-rebuilt building. Check in and communication with the host was entirely online. Relatively new flat but not necessarily very practical or efficient.

Decent flat. Dirty towels though. Nice hot warm shower. And kitchen was useful. Parking was a nightmare though.

The A/C was broken and the water heater was leaking into the living room. It obviously wasn't the first time because there were stains on the living room curtains from the water heater leaking previously. With no A/C we had to leave the windows open and downtown is extremely noisy. We called and told them and they brought us fans and didn't fix the leak or the A/C.

Decent enough location, not the most desirable area. You check-in online prior to arrival, the booking system is a bit odd and is literally out of date so you need to make up the information required. We were on the ground floor, looked s lovely apartment to begin with as it had all the facilities etc required. Big issue with the bathroom, it doesnt have a sloped floor so water literally fills the floors in the bathroom and into the lounge area. We rarely had hot water which was very annoying. No bedding or towrl change in five days, we had to request new towels and toilet paper. We couldnt get the aircon to work, sent a message requesting help but none given. Floors and cupboards were dirty. All appliances were new and bed was comfortable.

Wir müssten 2 Stunden nach über 10 mal telefonieren die zuständige Person von Apartment und Expedia in Deutschland hinten Apartment Tür in Strasse bleiben bis eine chinesische lade besetzter unsere Probleme per Telefon Glossen. Expedia hat uns versprochen nach Wir in ort angekommen sind wir telefonieren zurück. Die Apartment hätte zwei Codes Tür, eine für Apartment Ausgang und eine für Wohnung die Management von Apartment wüsste davon aber er hat uns die beiden Tür Codes nicht per Mail geschickt trotzdem wir haben im ort noch 4,5 mal telefoniert aber sie haben nochmals nicht Code Türen uns gegeben. Wir müssten bei meinem Bruder mobile prypay Nummer über 50 Franken nach Expedia Deutschland telefonieren mit vergeblich. Wir haben gute Erlebnis von Expedia und werden wir nie wieder bei Expedia Buchen. Das war erst und letzte Mal.

Zentral gelegen, jedoch im Erdgeschoss direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Estuvimos muy cómodas en todo momento, por la situación del alojamiento como y todos los servicios que nos ofrecían, cocina, plancha, colchones muy cómodo y localización muy tranquila.

Espacioso, agradable, muy buena ubicación, servicio de atención al cliente excelente. Hemos estado una semana, aire acondicionado en perfectas condiciones, así como cocina y baño. Cama cómoda y espaciosa. Muy buena experiencia y totalmente recomendable.
