Good location and nice flat with all the basic needs with a very good standard

Location was perfect and walkable to all the major sites. The apartment was very comfortable and cleaned daily. We felt.very safe.

Great location for shops, nice walk to cathedral and market- Seville is very walkable anyway but lovely square with eateries on the doorstep. Pool was a nice touch though very small, still welcome on a hot day. As a family of 4 it was a little small with no storage for clothes so we were a bit on top of each other when the sofa bed was out. We also got bitten to death overnight when the window was open. Lovely decor and gorgeous spot. Would book again if there were two of us and we kept the window shut!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment which is centrally located and very close to ‘The mushroom ‘ with lots of tapas bars and shops nearby. The communication with the staff is second to none and they couldn’t be more helpful to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We were on the ground floor with the bedroom window next to the street so was quite noisy however having taken earplugs with us as we often do this wasn’t too much of a problem. The air conditioning in the apartment was excellent and the maid came in daily to make the bed, change towels and empty the rubbish. The building has lots of character and kept very clean, the rooftop patio is a useful extra unfortunately we didn’t use it much due to the weather. Seville is a beautiful city and it was very busy when we were there, I would strongly recommend you book in to the main attractions early as we left it too late to book and couldn’t get in the Alcazar of Seville which is a shame but managed all the others.

Great location and very effective communication with the host. However, we found the listing slightly misleading - the pool area on the roof is not very useable with a dirty pool, no shade and broken sun-loungers. Also we had an ‘interior’ studio, which looked very light in the photos but in reality was very dark, with the no exterior windows not clear in the listing.

The apartment was in a lovely townhouse building opposite a square. The location was excellent, close to all places of interest and no more than 10 mins walk to cathedral and Alcázar. Communication and response from staff was quick and efficient by WhatsApp (not based on site) Self check in with code. We had the ground floor room. It was very clean, spacious with good facilities. Furnished well and decor very nice. The room is quite dark as previous guests have said as it doesn’t have any windows but a small terrace with an open roof top. Had a few issues with entry codes and air conditioning/heating but these were quickly resolved. Internet connection not always the best. We enjoyed our stay with a welcome bottle of fizz in the fridge which was a nice touch. If we stay again we’d probably choose an upper floor apartment with a view. Overall a very nice, comfortable apartment and the location is superb. Thank you!

Great location! Communication with the management staff and cleaning staff was all done by email which made everything very easy. Beautiful suite with refrigerator, coffee maker, and stove top. Bathroom and bedroom were both very comfortable. Perfect for a couple! Highly recommend.

Booked and allocated an interior apartment on ground floor. Be aware the picture of the interior apartment in the listing is not representative of the ground floor interior apartment which lacks almost all natural light, disappointing. Otherwise, nicely appointed and clean.

Very clean, modern and attractive room in a stylish building. Faces onto a great little public square with a park for children, and with bars and restaurants in easy reach. A very enjoyable stay.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und toll ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt von unserer Seite ist leider die Hellhörigkeit zur Straße (wir haben direkt im Erdgeschoss geschlafen). Das fanden wir leider etwas schade ansonsten hat aber alles wunderbar gepasst, alles lief reibungslos, die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und haben uns auch einen Early Check-in ermöglicht ! Vielen Dank für alles!

Ideal for a short spring break - good weather, easy admin, good accommodation - and excellent view of Easter parades.

The apartmen we stayed at , was ideal for the period of time we were there ( six days ) . The central location was ideal for visiting the main tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and the Plaza Espana . The apartment was well equiped and , had been refurbished to a typical Spaish style. It has a walk in shower and a spacious dinette with lofted ceilings . The bedroom also has a lofted ceiling with a large comfortable bed and like the main room large long windows with convertible doors ( ideal for standind on the small balcony and absorbing the atmosphere ) . A larde fridge ( but no freezer box ) , a two ringed electrical hob ( no main oven ) , a microwave grill-oven , a bed settee a coffee maker , toaster , ironing board and iron . There is also a reasonable fitted wardrobe with shelves .

A really comfy bed and well furnished spacious room. We’d definitely visit again!

This was a beautiful property which we were sad to leave. It is in an excellent position, close to many of the main things to see such as the cathedral (10 minute walk), the river (20 minute walk) and several local restaurants. We overlooked the park which was lovely.
