Cool spot, price - value great, but you can hear quite everything through the walls. Otherwise absolutely fine to come back!

Je comprends que les travaux ne dépendent pas directement de votre établissement. Néanmoins, il aurait été commerçant d’en informer les clients en amont, surtout lorsque ceux-ci débutent dès 8h00 du matin. Cela a fortement impacté la qualité du séjour, qui est censé être reposant. Dans ce type de situation, une attention particulière ou au minimum un geste commercial aurait été apprécié. En l’état, tout est présenté comme si cela était normal, ce qui est difficilement acceptable du point de vue client. Par ailleurs, plusieurs points méritent d’être améliorés : * Les verres de cocktails restent longtemps sur les tables sans être débarrassés. * Le parking extérieur est très petit et mal agencé, ce qui rend les manœuvres compliquées (mieux vaut avoir souscrit une assurance). * Le bar rooftop ferme à 22h30, ce qui est vraiment très tôt, même hors saison. Je tiens toutefois à souligner les aspects positifs : la literie est confortable, la chambre propre et spacieuse. Au final, une réelle déception, avec le sentiment que l’expérience client n’a pas été suffisamment prise en considération.

Great theme hotel. Spotless, helpful staff, great location (20 min walk to resort) only criticism would be choice at breakfast was a bit poor. It was basically cakes and a bit of fruit, no meat, cheese or eggs etc. Fine for a couple of nights or if you prefer to eat out. Bar prices reasonable compared to other bars. Also you can use other hotels in the chain which is a great idea

Building works directly next to hotel. Cranes lifting loads over the pool. Noise is non stop & so loud you cannot lie by the pool or sit on balcony. Take ear plugs! Bar never open & pool bar staff won’t serve unless you use a QR code which didn’t work!

This hotel is so cool!! Absolutely loved the art deco theme throughout! Having been to Cuba, it was great to see the representation, and room names that matched places weve travelled to in the past. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and are super helpful! We felt very welcome from the start, which is a key factor in any hotel that we stay at. Parking was plentiful, right outside the front of the hotel. The room was amazing! Again such a cool vibe to the decor! Love the Smeg appliances, and the Marshall speaker! Everything in the room was great, and was very comfy for the 3 of us.

I love this hotel. It's so quirky and fun. The rooms are comfortable and large and good value. The staff are really lovely and friendly and fun to chat to. This is my 2nd visit to the Cubanito and I would like to return again next year! Perfect for an escape and it feels like you can completely relax.

Such friendly staff and service the moment you walk in! Very spacious rooms for two people and easy parking right out front the hotel. Only thing I would mention is poor shower pressure and no bathroom fan, otherwise a really great experience!

Great concept hotel, cool vibes and amazing staff. The location is quite a bit out of main San Antonio town so it’s a long walk in and taxi’s can be hard to get, however it is walking distance to a really great beach. The pool is great but very public. Rooms are very stylish and funky - the only issue we had was the hot water took along time to come on.

Pool area is amazing! Cool looking hotel with nice quiet chilled out vie, unusual. Nice reception and most staff nice and friendly.

Hôtel magnifique... une déco au ambiance cubaine parfaite dès l'entrée jusqu'à la chambre! Très confort, sauf isolation des chambres... on entend pas mal les voisins. Un super roof top avec vue sur la mer et soirée cubaine mojitos et musique... trop chouette! Très bon petit dejeuner! Seul regret... n'être rester qu'une seule nuit!!

Great hotel & cool decor.

There was a bad smell in the room, I understand island’s infrastructure is not sufficient but that room freshener was terrible. It was really hard to spend 3 days. Rethink if you’ve allergies or hayfever

Really well styled hotel - room could be more practical but very comfortable bed. Pool area ok, food nice from what we tried, location ok - quiet end of sunset strip

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous aesthetic and so handy for local beaches and short walk to San Antonio. The best part is how happy, friendly and helpful all the staff are particularly all those team members at the front desk!

funky little hotel with a great vibe. staff were great - very friendly and helpful. rooms are nice with great facilities - only negative note is the shower in the bathroom could be upgraded. pool area is nice to relax and location is great. easily walkable to san antonio. would recommend.

Great place, great experience. Amazing roof top bar ! Only slight grumble is that breakfast arrangements are unclear . Established 18 euro for Buffett inc a main dish. This needs to be clearly explained at check in . Will definitely return
