Väldigt trevligt hotell som känns lyxigt men ändå familjärt

Spacious modern room, wish we could have stayed longer.

I recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree in Islantilla, and my experience was mixed. The reception team deserves special recognition: they were always professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping with every issue I reported. Their attitude was exemplary, and they handled my concerns with a level of care that truly stands out. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay fell far below what I would expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. The most significant issue was the persistent noise and lack of proper soundproofing. This is not an isolated complaint—many other online reviews mention the same problem, and my experience confirmed it. I could clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms, TV noise even when it wasn’t loud, people speaking in the corridors, the elevator, and the constant opening and closing of doors. Even the rain produced a loud metallic noise on the balcony structure. These conditions make it difficult to rest, and they are incompatible with the standards normally associated with Hilton. There were also operational details that should be improved. All WhatsApp communication from the hotel was sent exclusively in English, despite being a hotel in Spain and despite my guest profile clearly indicating that my native language is Spanish. If the messages are automated, the system should be configured to address guests in their own language.

La habitación amplia y limpia, para la mascota una cama, comedero y una bolsa con un juguete y chuches, al llegar te obsequian con una galleta por huésped, zona muy tranquila con campo de golf enfrente. El desayuno variado, cocina en vivo, bastante bien.

Rundum ein tolles Hotel. Ich kann die ein oder andere schlechte Bewertung nicht verstehen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder 👍

Great resort if you want to get away. Nothing close by, but the resort has several options for food. The pool is very nice if you want to lounge around or do laps. The breakfast is excellent, lots of variety. It's a golf resort, so you need to be mindful of that in case you're not a golfer, but that did change the experinece for me. Highly recommeded.

Es un hotel increible en el que me he hospedado muchisimas veces y lo seguire haciendo. La amabilidad del personal de recepción es increible. Cualquier empleado que te atiende lo hace con mucho mimo y pone todo su empeño para satisfacerte.

Nice hotel but don’t get a room looking onto entertainment area are may aswell be in the room Evening meal doesn’t start till 8pm and standard Hilton experiences of bar etc being understaffed

O local é muito agradável e confortável. Quarto amplo e sossegado. Falharam na preparação do quarto que era para 3 pessoas e não estava preparado para tal, nem tinha toalhas para todos. O pequeno almoço tem bastante escolha e tudo com qualidade. Dependendo do horário chegamos a apanhar esta zona muito cheia. Tem de escolher lugar na piscina antes que encha. Piscina boa e com umas pequenas animações que deram para beber um cocktail de oferta, pela vitória. Poderá ser difícil estacionar nas proximidades.

Aufmerksamkeit des Personals gerade auch im Terraza Restaurant war Katastrophe. Hotel sonst sehr schön und sauber. Pools leider eiskalt. Baden unmöglich.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room needs updating. Bathroom door was falling of its hinges and was not repaired correctly. Asked for another room but was not granted The floor was not cleaned properly had to wear shoes in the room due to dirty floors. Dinner buffet is mediocre at best and over priced. Breakfast was ok nothing special over priced as well. Parking was full had to look for parking on the street several blocks away.

Viaje de 10 en familia. El hotel está rodeado de un campo de golf y pinos, entorno precioso ! El personal muy amable y el buffet muy variado y de buena calidad. Nos encantó ! Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que el hotel acepta mascota, no hay información al respecto en la web del hotel pero cuando uno hace el check-in te dicen que el pero no puede quedarse solo en la habitación en ningún momento. Nosotros tenemos una perrita muy tranquila y nos fastidió el inicio de vacaciones ya que teníamos excursiónes reservadas.hay que tenerlo en cuenta si uno viaje con mascota. Por lo demás el hotel está de 10, muy recomendable !

Buenas atención de los trabajadores. Está muy bien que haya más de un espacio que disfrutar, ya que el hotel no se masifica. El tren que presta los servicios para bajar y subir del beach club, pasa cada hora, y es un servicio que se agradece. Las maquinas de café para el desayuno, tienen el inconveniente de que funcionan regular. Sólo en una ocasión, se llenó bien la taza. O falta café o falta leche, y eso que son 4 máquinas las que tienen. Tendrían que mejorar el control de quien entra al hotel. No es un hotel barato, y se cuelan personas de los pisos cercanos para bañarse, entrar en el gimnasio, etc, disfrutando de los servicios de manera gratuita.

Le dije que miujer es alérgica a los animales y Me dijeron que perros y gatos solo en planta baja y que me daban una habitación de planta segunda. Pues habia perros y gatos en todas las plantas, en ascensor, dentro del restaurante, encima de sillones de recepción. En fin un problema que incumple lo que me dijeron

Todo muy comodo y pensado para que los clientes se sientan bien! La unica pega le pondria al cafe! Podria mejorarlo! Por lo demas todo bien
