We just had a lovely 4 night stay. The check in was quick and easy. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
The apartments were well equipt and had everthing we needed.
The only negative would be that the pool area is looking a little tired and could do with a good jetwash.
On a positive, we were able to stay in our room until 6pm at no extra cost.
We would definately recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Very quiet location away from bars, nice complex 36 apartments but looking very tired in the apartments. We experienced faulty electrics which was caused by room above but soon sorted by maintenance team. Reception across road whilst not ideal staff very helpful.

We had a great stay! The place offered plenty of space with bigger rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. A huge highlight for us was the extremely fast WiFi. (Also, having English TV channels was a nice little bonus!). Great pool as well.
While there are a few minor 'bits and bobs' around the property that could use some maintenance, it didn't take away from our trip at all. We definitely got what we paid for.

The room was not cleaned, there was no rubbish to clear up, towels to change and no toilet paper. The response time was poor and the stay was very unsatisfactory.

The hotel was basic but convenient for what we paid. Value for money was ok. There were some unsociable guests who spoiled our time there and the hotel could do with putting closure barriers around the pool both for the safety of children at night and to prevent antisocial behaviour.
The hotel were very flexible with check in and check out times, which was really appreciated.

Excellent value, quiet apartments near to everything that Costa Teguise has to offer. Apartments are spacious, well equipped and the pool area is clean and has plenty of beds. We will return.

Staff excellent. Property nice quiet clean maids very nice and helpful. There was odd cockroaches in room but is hot island so to be expected. They do supply insect killer. Overall i would comeback

Property is convenient for the town of Costa Teguise. Restaurants, shops and beaches are within easy short walking distance.
It is family resort and as such is noisy during the day and into the evening, with children being left to play in the pool, which the apartments are around.
The apartments are good value for money but are somewhat tired.
The staff, who are not on site, but at the sister property across the road, are helpful.
