좋았고 룸 이슈때문에 예약한 방에서 머물진 못했지만 2일 차에 스위트룸으로 업그레이드되어 좋았음

이비자 여행중 이틀을 여기서 묵었는데 나머지 숙박도 여기서 할걸 하는 후회가 들 정도로 아주 만족스러웠다 우선 방이 넓고 수납공간도 잘 돼있고 발코니에서 흡연가능 그리고 시끄럽지 않은게 제일 큰 장점 정말 잘 쉬다 왔음

Tout etait bien sauf que le parking est payant est assez cher ,l'acces au spa est aussi payant 20€/pers ⁶

Freundliches Personal vor allem an der Rezeption

Das Hotel hat nahezu alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet (obwohl das ins Zimmer integrierte Nasszelle ist nicht so unser Fall gewesen). Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und aufgeräumt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Preise in der Bar und im Restaurant sind moderat. Leider ist der Spabereich erst ab 11 Uhr geöffnet und man musste dafür extra zahlen. Kinder konnten leider nur bis 13 Uhr rein. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, abseits von der Partymeile, aber wir konnten auch ohne Leihwagen verschiedene Programme machen.

I only stayed one night . Had a early flight in the morning. The room next to ours was having a party very noisy . Would not stsy at this hotel again .

Been going there for on & off for over 30 years it used to be a very friendly place but since the refurbishment it's like all the others. Nice & shiney, less soul. Oh and a lot more expensive.

Struttura moderna, stanza spaziosa e molto bella. Tutti molto puliti ricambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione abbondante e varia. Dal balcone una bella vista della baia. Doccia gigante… cosa atipica il lavabo e nella stanza… non esiste una stanza vera e propria adibita a bagno nel vero senso della parola.

Nice and clean and good staff. Top Pool is totally shaded for hours and not enough unbrellas once sun hits so everyone try’s to squeeze in around the small pool.

Hur bra som helst. Frukosten var så god. Rent och snyggt. Välj rum med havsutsikt om ni har möjlighet.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the bathtub in the room and the balcony view. I could say that the hallway is for the rooms are dark, even with the lights that motion sense when you walk into the hallway of your floor. And bland as well maybe add some decor in the hallways. Overall, it was a great stay.

Loved this hotel , last year for my birthday, booked again this year and it was just a good. Enjoy the mixture of ages young & mature, like myself. Nicely situated, waking distance to San Antonio.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough after my stay with my daughter . Beautiful hotel . We enjoyed every moment of our stay . Excellent breakfast. Perfect swimming pool area. Very clean and quiet place to stay for everyone.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Frühstūcksbuffet war ausreichend und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Was uns störte war das unfreundliche Personal an der Poolbar. Located in the vibrant San Antonio Bay, the resort offers a peaceful yet stylish retreat with stunning views and easy access to everything Ibiza has to offer. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a calming minimalist design. My balcony overlooked the sea, and waking up to the sound of waves and golden sunrises was a dream come true. One of the best parts of the location is its proximity to Playa Pinet Beach—just a short stroll from the resort. The beach is clean, relaxed, and perfect for swimming or soaking up the sun. It’s less crowded than some of the bigger beaches, which made it ideal for unwinding. There are also great beach bars nearby for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The pool area at the resort is beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and a laid-back vibe. The bar service was excellent, and the cocktails were top-notch. Dining at the resort was a real treat. The restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Els Pins Resort is the perfect base for exploring Ibiza while enjoying a tranquil, luxurious atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet well-connected getaway.

Di bell’aspetto e buona posizione nella mappa, ma con aspetti da migliorare. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in in tarda serata e siamo entrate in stanza. Dopo una veloce doccia, abbiamo subito notato che lo scarico della doccia era mal funzionante e non tirava l’acqua, la quale è fuoriuscita ed ha bagnato buona parte della stanza. Ho chiamato in reception, la quale dopo un controllo ci ha detto che avrebbero sistemato l’indomani. Al mio far presente che non avremmo potuto dormire in tali condizioni hanno deciso di darci un’altra stanza solo per la notte. Il giorno successivo ci danno le chiavi della camera originaria dicendoci che era stata sistemata e pronta, ma all’entrare nella stessa troviamo teli sporchi, utilizzati per tamponare l’acqua la notte prima, e tracce sporche sparse nel bagno e in camera. Chiamo in reception, la quale però non sollecita alcun intervento per pulire, per cui decido di chiedere ad un’addetta delle pulizie al piano, la quale mi risponde che dobbiamo uscire dalla camera in fretta dato che lei aveva troppe partenze da fare. In tutto ciò non ci sono mai arrivate delle scuse per il disagio causato, le quali sarebbero state gradite e a mio parere doverose. Sono inconvenienti che possono succedere ma devono essere gestite diversamente dallo staff, soprattutto perché il problema non era stato causato da noi ma precedentemente al nostro arrivo. Peccato, pessima gestione.
