Everything perfect. Would have preferred a little more protein in the breakfast.

Standard business hotel with clean facilities that was in a convenient location for our purposes. Reasonable transit connections to Central Madrid. Sort of a desolate area, but correspondingly quiet. No in room Wi-Fi, but the lobby service was more than adequate. We had adjoining family rooms, and that worked well for us.

✅ Points positifs : La réception était très bien, avec un personnel accueillant, professionnel et disponible. La propreté était irréprochable, tant dans les parties communes que dans la chambre. ❌ Points à améliorer : L’isolation phonique des chambres est insuffisante. On entendait clairement les chasses d’eau, les écoulements et les bruits provenant des chambres voisines, ce qui a perturbé la tranquillité du séjour. Il y a un effort à faire sur la partie literie, voir photo en pièce jointe 🔎 Conclusion :Un établissement propre et bien tenu, avec un bon accueil, mais qui gagnerait à améliorer l’insonorisation pour offrir un confort optimal à ses clients. Je pense que l’on devrait mettre plus en avant les superficies

Welcomed by lemon water, fruits, and some sweet candy. Comfortable on site free parking and excellent room tea service provided with an electric kettle.clean bed sheet. Only thing they allowed some groups to checked-in 3 am and they made such a noisy sounds calling their names each other very loud chatting in the corridor that woke us up till 4:30 am.Althoug it is not entirely hotel's issue, they should be more considerate to check them in a separate floor or area for noisy groups. Other than noisy group, everything was good.

Good service by the staff, overall in good condition. The TV wasn't smart, so no netflix, prime, etc. Good breakfast!

Todo muy bien. Ya lo he utilizado en otras ocasiones. Un detalle sin mucha importancia pero creo que fácil de solucionar es que en los desayunos la máquina del café mirando de enfrente a la derecha sirve una leche en mi opinión no adecuadamente caliente. Yo creo que debe calentarse bastante más. por lo demás, todo perfecto

Great value for money. Family room had two connecting rooms - one king size, and one twin. Both with own bathroom. The rooms are not large, but a good size. Very comfortable overall. Would have been better with tea making facilities since as there was no kettle, but a small fridge was useful. A microwave was available in the reception area. Easy free parking within the grounds was convenient. The hotel is in a quiet location next to a large Carrefour market and a petrol station, and it's well located for the main road in to Madrid (15 mins). A few minutes drive to a cinema complex, and due to its position next to the motorway, it takes just 25 mins to Roza village outlet, and 30 mins to Warner Bros theme park. Note that there is no restaurant onsite, but breakfast is served ( a bit expensive though). Best option is to get food at the Carrefour or drive to the nearby cinema complex for fast food. All in all, a good inexpensive option if you have a car.

Contractor being working since early morning doing too much noise.
