Very accomodating staff - not happy with the original room layout and happy to move us. Pool could be a little cleaner - even with daily cleaning seemed to be a dirt magnet!

The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze

We had the best stay and could not really fault anything. Food was excellent - good quality and fresh. Will definitely be back.

Every thing was good except television channels only bbc news or sky news if you were from the UK

My stay was really nice, nothing but praise about this hotel. I would stay again with no hesitation.

Building work while we stayed was noisy, but didn't effect evenings or pool area

Loved stay there , been twice , just off high road but not disturbed by noise , grounds laid out so if ya don't have kids your not disturbed by em playing but if ya do theres everything to keep em happy , 2 pools gdns seperate 1 adults only , 1 familys with games etc going on there would stay there again , 💯

Great food. Great magic show 1 evening. Not close to ocean. Unfortunately had a door to next door bedroom that was only a single door and not soundproof

Grundsätzlich guter Aufenthalt. Nettes Hotel mit 2 schönen ruhigen Pools. Gutes Essen und gute Getränke. Aber viele Gäste belegen morgens schon die Liegen mit ihren Handtüchern und kommen teils erst nach Mittag zum Pool. Das ist unverschämt. Hier sollte sich das Management etwas einfallen lassen. Die Mitarbeitern sehen das Problem machen aber nichts. Räumt einfach die Handtücher der reservierten Liegen weg wenn 1 Std. niemand kommt. hier der Appell an das Hotel: Sprechen sie die Idioten an. Das sollte nicht das Problem der Gäste sein.

Great stay, couple of teething problems, we arrived and check in was fine, we were directed to our room and the maid was still making the bed, we were asked to wait until she had finished which took 5 minutes but the floor had not been cleaned. We had to then ask for the floor to be cleaned which was done. You have to hire a safe which is a bit cheeky and also you had to hire a kettle for your room 5euros which again for a four star hotel is not acceptable.

Liked it so much going back next month

My 3 friends & I had been to H10 Ocean Suites in Corralejo 2 yrs ago. We loved it then & still loved it now. Due to our plane being cancelled, we had to find another flight which resulted in arrival at the hotel 24hrs later than expected. I thought I had informed Expedia of this, but unfortunately, I had replied to an email, which didn’t accept answers. So the hotel had given our rooms to other people. However, they were very helpful, especially Glenn. Three of us were given rooms round one of the pool areas & I was moved to the same area as them after 2days. The suites are lovely - large TV which can be turned to face the bed or the sofa. Really comfortable beds & a great bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet & bidet (I love the latter!) We had booked breakfast (open from 7.30am - 10.30am). There was so much available - cereals, fruit, bacon, any type of cooked egg, sausages, frankfurters, cheeses, breads & cakes. Also, juices, smoothies, tea, coffee. Almost anything you could want! The shops & restaurants are a stroll away. On the whole, we like to eat the food of the country we’re in but I must mention a fantastic Italian bistro - L’oca Blanca. The best Italian food I have ever tasted & well worth a visit. Altogether, a great holiday in Fuerteventura.

Solo stay here and loved it. Room was beautiful and clean, buffet was probably the best I've experienced at this type of resort hotel and location perfect for shops and wondering to the beach. Communal areas of garden and pools was great too.

Enjoyed my stay, felt staff went out of their way to help, have stayed before and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, great location also

There were cockroaches everywhere, we spent 2 days trying to get the staff to take the air con issue in our room seriously and move us to another room, food offerings for vegetarians was minimal and on one occasion bacon was added to a veg option without proper labelling, some of the bar staff were incredibly grumpy, the mattresses in the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable, the rooms and general hotel looks shabby and both my children and other children were able to walk out of the kids club unsupervised round the hotel/not handed back to parents. On the plus side the entertainment staff were very friendly and did a great job. Would not return or recommend Thanks
